  AVOID!!!! Claimed the car only had cosmetic issues, when I arrived it needed jumped. Thought nothing of it. Have been through two batteries and no one wants to work on Alfas. Contacted dealership who at first pretended they would make it right but when it came time for them to do so they won't. Your first impression when you arrive will be to turn around and leave, follow that instinct and avoid this shady rock lot. Coming from a long time dealer from the largest/best dealership chain in the country. Take your business and money elsewhere. I am out over 9k and my 08 Audi TT for a problematic, not running 17 Alfa Romeo Giulia that can't keep a battery charged for longer than a day or two. Installed new battery at Leith Crystler, over $500 and it died several days later. Avoid!!!!

  Worst place. I bought an escape and apparently it was in a bad accident and:they covered up things that I didn't notice until I got home and took it to mechanic. Front end is messed up. Heat don't work adlnd many other things. Please beware and take care to mechanic before u buy from them. They said I could trade it in but will only give me trade in value when I just paid almost $7,000! SO PISSED OFF!

  First time in my life I met an honest salesman. I did not tell them I was a mechanic. The cars are used(in great shape) , minor things wrong on a car I was looking at. Shelley pointed things out to me that I didn't even notice on the vehicle. I ended up buying that same vehicle and am completely satisfied. Shelley if you see this, please don't change being who you are. I never write reviews but this place needs a shining light on it saying how trust worthy they are.

  Just want to add the whole team there was extremely down to earth. Felt more like looking at cars with Friends, than being pressured by some uptight salesman. I will be back for another car.

  My 19 year old son bought a Ford Escape from Dams. They were very helpful getting a loan for him so he could own it outright, on his terms. A few months after buying the car, the subframe needed to be replaced due to being rusted through on one side. It was unfortunate, but we bought it as is. Nonetheless, DAMs helped us get it fixed at an auto shop they use at an incredible rate. They always return my call and there to help. Thank you!

  Usually people only leave bad reviews on BBB but I have to leave a 5/5 after my experience with these guys. Their inventory is truly amazing with such low miles and unbeatable prices. Already purchased 4 cars through these guys for my family. I tell all my family about them. Thanks again!

  I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer and have sent numerous friends and family here. They don’t sell new cars, and with that I’ve come across an issue or two, and they were willing to work with me. Because of that, I will always come back. I bought cars at other places who basically raise their hands once I drove off the lot.

  Made an appointment to see a car they said was in perfect condition. After only looking at it for about two minutes I was told the car was sold. I feel bad for the people that bought it because in just the short time I had to look at it I could see that there was oil blowing all over the underside of engine. Not a dealership that keeps there word and I’m sure they don’t honor there vehicles.

  We dont hold cars without a deposit! Its first come first serve. Our prices are very aggressive so our vehicles sell fast. You came for a 2003 civic with 30K miles on it! We had many inquiries on it and someone showed up before you did and bought it. Also that wasnt oil under the civic, that was water dripping from the ac release line like every other car does. Sorry that it upset you that it was sold before you got to it. Hope you have a great day. Thanks!

  I understand how used car sales work. But when I called you a half hour before our appointment the least you could have said was there is someone else looking. Just to let you know. Also I am a mechanic so I know what oil looks like. I’m certain you as a salesman don’t know the difference between water and oil!
