    I had an agreement for a 2014 Chevy Cruze with a 139,000 on the dash. When I first got the vehicle, after test driving it and it was fine, I was told that the engine and transmission was replaced and it only had 100,000miles (asked for proof of this, none was provided) . Not even 3 weeks after having the car, I had to take it back because it would not accelerate and I was almost in two different accidents while operating this faulty vehicle. I called M****** and was furious, and was given two loaners due the fact that the first loaners transmission was slipping and that car wouldn’t hold a decent speed, and the next loaner I had was almost for a month. This comes after repeatedly having to reach out about MY car versus this piece of shit “loaner” I’m in. Once I got my car back, I gave him the rest of the money that was agreed upon but then further found out that NONE OF THE ISSUES had been fixed. This all happened between the time frame of March - August of 2021. Since then I have put additional money into the vehicle so that I can make sure it can even run so I can maybe try to sale or junk for parts. Between this horrible ***** ** **** man M****** and the YouTube mechanics that he is hiring, someone will end up loosing their life. And I want my money back.

    Do not buy a vehicle from them whatsoever they will scam you I went in there as a single mom with $3000 down a beater car that was $300 trade-in. They put me in a Chevy Malibu when I drove back home which was 40 minutes the starter went out. They came out. They supposedly fix the starter and they did not. They get a rigged it I have made my payment up until may of 2023 every time I call the rude snotty. Lisa wants to give me a different price. Every time I talk to her I have every single receipt I have every single conversation recorded. I have every single text message and I have every single paper that I text them so in January I owe $3248 when I called tonight which is June 7, 2023 because I told him I’m not paying it anymore to come pick it up and he sending AAA to come get it. He’s now telling me I still owe $4000. They are scam artist do not buy a car from them are there too dumb to know how to do math trust me my lawyer will be in contact with them.

    This Lisa responding this car lot does not charge interest. I don't think you kept with your numbers they never changed if you pay late there was late charge as stated on your contract. She bought this car over a year ago they are used that's why I tell customers to get warranty on their car maintenance have to be done to any vehicle. You always call angry rather it was just to say you made your payment. I Apologize that you thought I was mean I was never intending that I'm happy every day I get to wake up. I apologize for the inconvenience that this has put on you. This car customer was satisfied now its over a years after.
