    Since when does 3S Towing & Recovery in Wickliffe, Ohio run their company so terribly. Met a tow truck driver to pick up our car. He called to let us know he was on the way & was already rude in his demeanor. I thought maybe he was tired. Always listen to your gut. So he pulls in & he never looked under the car, backs up the tow truck & we hear CRUNCH. With this he said it was our fault that he broke pieces off of the bottom of our car. We said are you kidding? Isn't that your job to look to see what you are doing? With that he got irate & said, you know I'll just drop your car right here. We were in shock! NEVER did 3S Towing in Wickliffe, Ohio have such rude people working for them. I said are you kidding, again? You damage our car & get ticked off at us for saying anything about it when you start blaming us, and you were the one that was negligent. I said my husband is recovering from surgery and a heart attack. I called the company right away. Then he decided to tow the car to our house. We said we will follow you, and with that he said very abruptly to us, NO. I WILL FOLLOW YOU. YOU KNOW WHERE WE ARE GOING. I DON'T. Seriously, since when does a town truck driver not have directions. He followed us and swerved back & forth and went 20-25 miles an hour all the way down Route 91. He acted like he was on some heavy drugs. We get to the house & because he was ticked, he said he was going to leave the car at the apron of our driveway. Again, I said my husband is recovering from surgery and a heart attack, why would you ever do that? After he was raising the car up and down about a half a dozen times and as high as he could and begging him to stop because he is ruining our car, and we could hear it crunching and scratching all he could reply was Oh, am I? 5 different times he said it. This was a hate crime. Then he dropped the car at the end of the driveway and went and parked down our street for a while. We are making a police report on him.

    These people are the worst people ever the dispatcher and the so called owner ?? they talk you so rude and disrespectful
