    The “3 S Towing” company on July 4, 2025 drove over our lawn and damaged our landscaping and grass in the process of towing a car from our neighbour’s house. They refused to pay for the damage and denied all responsibility. We have video footage proving they did it. We have filed a police report.

    On 8/12/24 Roadside assistance was contacted to have my sons car towed to our home. The Towing Co 3 S Towing was dispatched and returned the car and put the car in the driveway. However, while dropping off the car the tow truck damaged my driveway breaking and crushing 2 of the cement blocks. I contacted 3 S Towing to let them know about the damage and asked if they would repair the damage and a rude manager who refused to give his name said no lady you told us to drop off the car in your driveway, we didn't do anything illegal. I said sir I have had several trucks in my driveway before, and they have never damaged my driveway. He said you told us to put it there and there is no way for us to know if your driveway is weak or not, again I said your truck caused the damage my driveway is not weak. I said sir that's what you have insurance for, for damage you may not have intended on causing but it happens he said good luck with that you can take us to court and see what the judge says, then hung up the phone. This man was extremely rude from the time he picked up the phone. 3 S Towing should be held responsible for the damage caused, it does not matter if I said to put the car in he driveway your truck damaged my property, not intentionally but it was damaged all the same. Businesses have insurance for this very reason and the fact that he isn't even taking consideration that this was done, is poor customer service. I've looked at many of the review online about this company and they barely have 2 stars and many complaints about their customer service and service in general. Something needs to be done about this situation. They need to be taken permanently off the Roadside Assistance list of towing companies to use. They are horrible to work with.

    My vehicle was place in this impound lot June 22, 2024 . June 27th my vehicle was place under a 90 day court order to stay immobilized at this impound lot. August 8, 2024 S3 Towing called my car loan company ( ******** *******) and told them my vehicle has been there for an extended period of time basically saying it was abandoned. When I called the impound lot to ask them about this they denied calling the car company and informed me that the police department called them. I then called the police department and they assured me they didn’t do that and only the impound lot would make that kind of call. On August 13th my vehicle was then picked up by the car company and placed as repossessed. August 14th I spoke with my lawyer on my case and he informed me that he would look into it because the impound lot had no business or any rights to call my car company resulting in an unnecessary repossession.

    I'm the owner of A&E Auto Service/Sales, which is a small family-owned car business. We received a letter today, 2/15/23, about a 2010 Pontiac G6 that we sold, that has apparently been wrecked and impounded, and it was being stored by 3S Towing. They have had this car since 1/15/22. That is over a year they had our vehicle without any notification from them. This business didn't notify us within a reasonable amount of time regarding this vehicle. The employee on the phone stated that to get it out, it would be over $6,000. They allowed the storage fees to rack up before informing us 13 months later, in the letter, that we have 10 days to reclaim the vehicle and its contents or we waive our rights to it. So because of their negligence, we either have to pay over $6000 or lose the car, which had an open balance on it already.

    The employee I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and told me this siutation is "not his problem" and that the car was already scrapped, which is illegal, as according to the postmark on their letter, we have until 2/20/23 to inform them of our decision. This is absolutely unreasonable and unfair to small businesses like us, and other customers. First, to be treated rudely simply because we are upset about being unfairly treated. This business took away my ability to try and recoup the money I was still owed on the 2010 Pontiac G6 by failing to do a simple task of sending a letter in a timely fashion. Then to find out they supposedly scrapped our vechile illegally, before we gave notice, is another issue. I want some sort of compensation for this vehicle.

    I have attached a copy of the letter they sent, along with a scan of the envelope to show date of postmark.
