      Can we post pictures and ask why each property of mine is $20+ more on puco whatever that it it should be the same across the board and you can’t even sign in to pay bill! So I call now it cost to pay over phone whatever connect me… and SILENCE can’t pay that way either ! What a scam to get more money. Leaving this crap company. Miss dominion, may have been expensive but never a prob and always equal

      I came here to write a scathing review because we are so angry... but I see we can't top all the other ones here.
      Enbridge apparently just acquired our account w/o our knowledge. We thought our hot water heater went out - called service - wasted most of the day tracking this down... then thought our boiler might be the problem. Eventually found we have no gas at all.
      A phone call later they said they shut off our gas because they need to see the meter. Said they sent us a postcardWTF???
      Beware at all costs.

      I had service for my rental home for 2 1/2 months while the home was on the market. They do not 'prorate' their basic charge, so when I started service they charged me a full month's rate for only the 1st six days. And when I stopped service they charged me a full month's rate for only the last 6 days. So I had to pay 5 months worth of charges for only 3 months of service, which essentially NO gas being used at all.

      Horrible company and horrible to deal with. Shut off my gas with no notice over an inspection. Then when I called the first order was put on hold for no reason and I have been without gas going on 24 hours! Now I am expected to miss a day of work, no shower, no cooking for my kids and wait for a two second inspection. This company has a history of entitlement and will use a human necessity as coloratal to intentionally teach you a lesson that they control your gas service that you pay for and will shut if off if you don't comply and live to their demands. Is that customer service?? I love their community page on their website- what a joke! They should be investigated by government agencies and be held accountable for the unnecessary abuse the inflict on their customers. Get them out of Ohio!

      I'm on pipp and twice this gas company tried to say I missed a payment to get more money, I have a record of every payment made now they giving me a shut off noticed because I made my monthly payment before it was due...if they try to shut my gas off I'm taking them to court and sue them cus I have proof I'm current on my payments. This needs too stop this is the 2nd time in less then 6 months I have to go thru this. I'm not giving them more money when I'm current on my bill smh

      This is the second time I have had to file a complaint.
      This company is awful and qualified customer service is non existent.
      Had to file a report to get back my 274.00.. kicker is I was left a message that they were deducting my current balance which was not past due
      From the 274.00
      I was owed.
      So, okay fine whatever and then they will mail me a ck for the remainder. Which I still have to receive. Today I logged onto my online banking and DE still took the auto payment even tho it was taken from my deposit. After another call and a supervisor “they use a 3rd party for auto pay so it doesn’t recognize a zero balance??? What?? Anyways she said she could refund the monies and I thought it would go back to my account but no they have to mail me a ck!! After 3 1/2 months of nonsense it is more of the same. All they had to do was refund me the 274.00 that was 3 months past due to me but no they had to deduct my balance which was not due only to then have the same amount taken from autopay for the same
      Amount they had deducted prior to a due date. I can’t believe any of this is legal. This company cheats and lies to consumers.. its not about the money anymore it’s the principal of being able to lie, deceive consumers to DE TO KEEP your money and try hard not to return the funds!! I have never dealt with issues and everyone is clueless. ASK FOR A MANAGER OR AN EMAIL FOR THE CEO..
      Doesn’t exist!! How do they get away with this abuse of consumers?

      I bought a trailer that needs to be fixed up I called to set up service before it gets cold figured if I didn’t use the service I would half to pay for it . Boy was I wrong 40+$ min service charge and a security deposit on top of that the security deposit I can understand but as a new customer and first time homeowner you think they would half to explain that their is a minimum service charge. I use 0 gas and have been getting charged 75$ a month I called to cancel it was told if I cancel it and restart with in 6 months that their would be a reconnection fee so I’m screwed either way. I hate this company

      I also got charged a $40 service fee for 10 days after I moved out. Customer service and even their supervisor said they had no record of me requesting to stop service when I did a month prior in their own website under my account. The page is still in my browser history. There's clearly a larger, well-organize scam going on here that should be investigated.

      I agree with those people who are complaining about the $40 service fee. My research shows small increments, a &1.25 to $1:50 extra a month being approved by the PUC numerous times. and last time it showed anything was around 2021. so between 21 and today which is 20 August 2023. how did it jump by those amounts up to $40 of service building? when is the PUC going to realize that all these areas Dominion wants to put new pipelines in 99% of the areas aren't in our areas that were paying this charge for. and if they feel that they are give some proof and some justification area town by town by town on what Dominion is spending this money on. a breakdown per se. I just don't want this money going into the bonuses of their executives or replacing the bonuses of their executives and shareholders. give us some proof to justify $40 extra a month on our bills please.
