      Javitch Block Represents Credit Acceptance, in which sadly I defaulted on a loan due to health reasons around 2014/2015. They did all the threatening things that they due, file in court and send requests for a garnishment. I was able to get a loan and pay my settlement offer. I received a copy of my released judgment from the court from Javitch Block. They ALSO ENCLOSED someone's else's information in with mine in a county 60 miles away in Ohio. I left messages and received no return call. I am now going to send it to my congressman's office in the southern district of Ohio. Not only that Credit Acceptance has not received the release of the funds. The persons information that I received is a Breach of Personal Information and there needs to be accountability.

      I have never heard of this company, I never got paperwork, but my employer got a wage garnishment paper from court that i had never seen. I tried calling this company right away the paperwork didnt have my correct ssn or birthdate and advised i had an outstanding balance on a school lone from 21 years ago? I spoke to one person whom told me to send paperwork in and he would take care of this and he never called me back. I have emailed, I have called i have left messages. They wont even talk to me. Today they call my employer i answer the phone and she said I can not talk to you about this matter and need to speak to pay roll. How can I correct any of this if 1. I never knew i had any outstanding debt, I am pretty sure it was all took care of. and 2 they will never respond to me or call back, let alone even talk to me. This is absolutely horrible . Most places will speak with you to set up payments or want to settle but this company just wants to take your wages. I am the only one working in my home, and if this is my debt then they should have no trouble speaking to me about MY things. Hold times are crazy and can never get to speak to anyone ever!!! Like I said I never got a single letter or paper from these people. Put a civil suit on me with no warning no papers. I mean plus twenty years ago and now its such an issue that they try to take everything from me?

      They definitely have a "scheme" going with their website. How convenient that soooo many people make payments on their debt yet near the end the website magically decides to not let you make a payment and you cannot reach a live person no matter what you do. I sent I do not know how many emails, sent messages through the contact us page, left numerous voicemails, sent mail to the only address I could locate. No response. Then they sue you saying you defaulted or better yet they just put your case with a receiver or something. I sent a payment via mail in a timely fashion and yet it was never cashed but it shows it was signed for. It's a ploy to get more money out of people and it's disgusting. No idea how they continue to get away with it. OH and by the way please don't try to say the website wont allow you in if you're "late." I was never late. I'm sure these other people weren't either. You know what you're doing. Profiting big time on debt. Most people don't want debt and had a hard time after COVID but believe me JB LLC does not care one bit.

      The put a civil suit against me without any communications whatsoever. How am I supposed to take care of my account if I don't know about it. I have tried calling several times and waited on the phone for a good 1/2 hour with no response. No call backs either.

      I wish you could give negative stars, Javitch Block LLC is a very poorly run business. It is not so much a law firm as it is a collection agency who does not do their job.
      I have been dealing with this company since 2017. I have left message after message, I have waited on a hold for a "customer service rep" for up to 30 minutes several times. No one ever answers and no one ever returns calls.
      We have cleared up everything on our credit two (2) years ago to buy our home and now Javitch Block is garnishing my husband's wages for something that is already paid off.
      I can't get answers from the court and definitely can't get answers from Javitch Block.
