      This Company is Terrible I have called and left messages and messages and no call back. I have emailed nothing back. I responded back to them by filing the answer and trying to settle with them they are awful company. No notifications nothing but I did respond so they could not do judgement on me and hopefully can settle that day with them so I do not have to speak to them ever again. How they a can do this and get away with it blows my mind. Terrible and should be filed against.

      This company has filed a garnishment with Knox city courts system to start taking money out of my paychecks that I was just notified through my works payroll department. I didn't receive any notification regarding this information and can barely keep up with the rising cost of rent and doctor bills. I tried to speak with someone today to find out what the balance is for and no one can tell me? What a crock of crap this place is and if I could sue them I would. Looking into my rights because it seems like they have violelated some.

      I purchased a truck from Westlake financial services and the truck was a lemon and did not run need a new transmission immediately. The account was closed why would Javitch Block LLC be contacting me about a payment for a lemon when the account is closed is it is lemon law in Texas. this is form of direct harassment on behalf of Javitch Block LLC

      I wish that I could leave less than one star.
      We were served papers with this company from a Care Credit card that we had years ago due to dental surgery that was needed.
      We started paying the agreed apon amount. Covid happened and I reached out numerous times trying to renegotiate the amount being paid. I left multiple voice-mails and months go by then I finally reach an agent after waiting a pretty good bit. They refused the renegotiation during covid relief which everyone in this country knows it has been rough. I work for a catering company so work was reduced by alot and we racked up alot of unforseen dept due to it. A few months go bye and I had minimal communication with this collector. Then one day my bank account is garnished and all of my money wiped. I called and was very rudly told they didnt need any communication with me for garnishments and that covid happened before the Date of my missed payments. Since when do you not get to represent yourself in court before having all of your money cleared away? I understand when covid happened but they need to understand that our economy is still suffering because of the aftermath it caused. I tried to reach out multiple times to renigotiate during the hardship and it was to no avail. This particular time rubbed me wrong mostly because the agent was exceptionally rude and mocked me because of my financial decisions during a pandemic. This company is horrendous and now expects me to make "large good faith payments" after they unexpectedly drained my bank account and talked to me like a child that was making our financial hardship up. I'm literally sol because they payments requested are not affordable for a lower class family and their is no negotiating.

      I'm so flustered. Beware of court dates. They will send you BOTH a certified mail and a regular mail notification regarding a hearing/docket. I went to the courthouse only to find that the date on the form I received in the mail was NEVER SCHEDULED. It was a waste of time, gas, and parking fees, not to mention pay for leaving work early. Ugh!! I was advised to call the court clerk to confirm the date and time.

      Long hold times to get a hold of anyone. Every time you call, you have to explain your whole situation to whoever happens to answer the line. Numerous times, I was promised a call back with a file status and a return call never happens, as stated. You are left in the dark and own your own when trying to work with this “law” firm. They only care about using whatever tactics they can to make as much money as possible off of peoples misfortune.

      I am so disappointed in this company. I stated getting a garnishment out of my paycheck 4 months ago. MINE YOU THEY TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 250/450 A PAYCHECK. I never recieved anything in the mail or through the courts. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to talk to now for 4 months. I have never dealted with a company like this...I get put on hold for ever and then get hung up on...or if someone does pick up they tell me I am in the wrong department and they have to transfer me to where I get put on hold once again. I have left so many messages and no o e will call back. Then I Fianlly find a # and its disconnected WTH!!

      As I read everyone’s reviews I see NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH JAVITCH BLOCK LLC! The MOST CORRUPT DEBT COLLECTORS ON EARTH! All I can tell EVERYONE IS: KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING YOU DO!!! DONT TAKE FOR GRANTED THAT THESE SCAM ARTIST ARE HONEST PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT!!! I keep a schedule on my refrigerator. EVERY PAYMENT I MAKE I PUT A CHECK BESIDE IT, WRITE THE CHECK NUMBER ON IT, THE DATE IT WAS MAILED. THEN I TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF EVERY CHECK, THE ENVELOPE I MAIL THEM IN, WRITE THE DATE ON THE ENVELOPE AND MAIL IT. I ALSO PUT A LETTER INSIDE WITH MY CORRECT BALANCE SO THEY KNOW IM DEFINITELY KEEPING TRACK OF EVERY PAYMENT. Plus my credit Union app shows me a picture of the check when it clears, BOTH FRONT AND BACK!!! They will LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL SO TAKE EVERY STEP IMAGINABLE TOO PROTECT YOURSELVES FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!! THEYVE ALREADY TRIED TO PULL SOME XXXT ON ME, MY ATTORNEY TOLD THEM TO VARY MY ACCOUNTS AMOUNT AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORED THE ATTORNEY!!! IVE EVEN REPORTED THEM TOO THE FBI ONLINE AND OTHER GOVERNMENT ENTITIES! THIS PLACE NEEDS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED IN THEM!!! THEY HAVE 0 SCRUPLES OR INTEGRITY!!! PROTECT YOURSELF,,, LAWYER UP!!!

      I never received anything from this company till a few weeks ago when I was summoned to court over this, I have since emailed the company twice and still yet to hear back from them, I would like to settle this out of court which I have stated in both emails I sent. I keep trying to contact an emily l nennie who is supposed to be a lawyer with this company suing me. I work during the hours to call and that is why I have been trying to contact via email. Looks like I will have to take a day off work just to get in contact with this lady, but from the other reviews I have read it will take me more than a day to contact this person. I don't understand why I never got anything before a court date, really messed up company and I see why the bbb won't credit them..
