    This company carved my bank account that I have no idea what it is I paid for. It came out of *****. I will contact my bank tomorrow to start an investigation

    I ordered 2 items from them 0n 2/1/2025 before they updated the DC Shop. After about a week I reached out and asked if there is an issue with my order because it still didn't get shipped. They told me they have to do some research and will get back to me in 2-3 business days. They never got back to me and never responded to follow up questions. Out of desperation I wrote to the email from before the update and the very friendly guy told me that my items will be shipped after 3/7/2025. I am so thankful that he told me that because the new support team doesn't care at all how it makes you feel when you spend $150, your item never gets shipped and nobody tells you why. I am really disgusted by that behavior. I spent a lot of money there in the past but as of right now it seems like I won't buy from them again. Fingers crossed that I will really get my items in March. The website still says the specific item is in stock and will be shipped within 2 days. The least they could do is ship my stuff out ASAP when they have it in stock and apologize which still won't be enough to make me even consider ordering from them again. Never has a business treated me like that. It's a shame! Thank you, A. for helping me out and calming me down. To the new support team: No comment.

    Horrible business, items shown on website do Not represent what will be received. I ordered a sweatshirt / hoodie. There were 2 colors to choose from. What I received was a color that wasn't even offered on the website.
    Customer service is non existent, there is no way to contact someone to resolve problems.
    If you would like to return the product that you didn't order, they want you to accept a partial refund for their mistake.
    I will Never purchase from this company again. They misrepresent the items they sell and will offer no help to fix their own mistakes.

    Business is fraudulent. Have emailed numerous times in regards to a return label needed. Only automated responses and no way to access the supposed return label on my order tracking section. SCAM. Stay away from this company at all costs! I’m filling a claim against them and demanding a refund. Legal action will take place.

    Worst customer service I have ever had.Tried chat and was kept waiting forever with no response.Sent numerous emails and only received basic response that they received them and issued ticket numbers

    Horrible company. I placed an order a week ago. Was supposed to ship days ago. I have tried emailing and chat with no success. All bots an no one gets back to you. My card was already charged but item hasnt shipped and order is saying unfulfilled. Order was guaranteed by Christmas according to website and I ordered way before the cut off date. I want my item or a refund. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and this is a shame you can't speak to someone!!

    Trying to return some items that I don't want/ trying to cancel and get a refund on 2 other items in that order that still have not arrived. DON'T USE their Chat option. I have LITERALLY been waiting for "Someone to respond shortly" for over an hour and a half. I sent an email to them since apparently their Chat doesn't appear to be actually functional, so we'll see how that goes when they respond. For a company that supplies the official merchandise for so many TV shows and TV networks, their customer service is the absolute worst. If ANYTHING goes wrong with your order, good luck getting in contact with anyone. This company is giving of Scam vibes. These TV Networks should reconsider who is representing their merchandise distribution. This has NOT been a positive/ easy experience so far.
