Michael M********* CEO of Trak Group signed a legally binding contract via ********. Michael promised a resume and ******** review. He also promised executive recruiting services. Michael wanted $6000 for services. I paid $2500 and as Michael missed deadlines and dodged calls and emails I knew Michael had scammed me. I asked for 1500 back and due to his lack of response I want a full refund.

This is a scam and false for many reasons as they also put a review on our facebook account.  Speaking with other owners of Recruiting firms, this is a common scam/extortion that people are trying scam companies for money to take posts/compaints down.  First of all we are a small local recruiting firm based in Cincinnati.  We only work with Clients and Candidates based in greater Cincinnati.  We are a recruiting firm, meaning we partner with local companies in helping them staff for open positions.  What this means is all of our fees are client/company based and we never charge candidates as fees are paid by companies.  This person is describing a service for a resume and a ******** review. These are services of an outplacement service (not a recruiting/staffing firm) where companies assist candidates looking for jobs and charge them a fee.  We do not provide this service.  Furthermore as the CEO of this company I have not worked with candidates in over 8 years, nor do we ever make candidates sign contracts (so there is no ******** contract although I'm sure they can generate wone thanks to AI), nor have we ever in the history of our company charged a candidate a fee for our service.  If this harassment and defamation continues, I will be forced to work with our corporate attorney and take the appropriate actions.  Also, it looks like their ther number was used in connection with with other employment agencies primarily in Utah with F ratings.  There is no Kris Wuller in our CRM, furthermore there is no one in Minnesota in our CRM as well.
