      The bug shark salesman lied to me and said if I didnt care for the service after the first one that I could cancel, I called to cancel and they told me about a cancellation fee that the salesman happened to leave out of his speech.

      Still haven’t heard back from them in cancelling my account, the salesman lied to me on my front porch and I have it on video of him lying about it, I’d be happy to take this to court or you guys can waive my cancellation and not send people to my house I didn’t ask for, I have an appointment coming up and they’re welcome to do it for free but I’m not paying for this. I sent another review back in November and it’s A.C. Was the name, but I got ghosted on here so figured I’d try again

      All of our service agreements have the initial term and cancellation policy listed directly above where the first signature is required. After the agreement is signed, a copy is emailed to the email provided when signing up for records and review. We are always willing to work out what we can for our customers to resolve their issues!

      Yea but your salesman said I could cancel after, it does seem like false advertising, and then of course he clicked passed all that stuff when signing as he was holding the iPad, so you can’t tell me that’s not a little shifty, I don’t feel it’s good business practice and I don’t see the need for the product anymore. I’d like the fees waived for cancelling

      I was told that would be no contract. That was the first question I asked and now they told me Im in a contract and I need to cancel. The information I was signing was for payment. Would not help me

      After signing up, a copy of the signed agreement is emailed to the customer who signed it for their records and review. Right above the first signature explains the cancellation terms. We are always willing to work with our customers to resolve any issues they may have with service or otherwise, but discontinuing services before the initial term has been completed will result in early termination fees.

      I went on your salesmans word. I did not see where the contract said about the termination before hand. I need readers guess I didnt have them on so I didnt see the fine print about the cancellation, but I was told numerous times no contract. They do not tell the truth when they try to sell. I asked numerous times about a contract and the boys said no I was signing for my payment very disappointed

      They arent transparent when dealing with. I didnt sign any documents. Any contracts. Door to door guy asked me if they could sign documents for me later at 11 pm and I didnt agree. Because I wouldnt be able to read policies and terms. They still went ahead and did it. At first, I was ok with it but chemicals and or service are inefficient and ineffective. They keep charging me and will do anything to keep charging you even when you didnt sign contract and didnt agree to anything. They will always say its your fault.

In reviewing your account, fleas and tics seem to be the main issue you were wanting service for but were not included when you initially signed up. We have offered to provide that service for you and sent over an agreement for you to review and sign. If at anytime you are having issues with warrantied pests between your standard services, we will come back to treat again at no cost.       Do not use this company. Service did not work and I had vet bills for my dog. I am filing a law suit against them to recover the vet bills. Biggest waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Totally regret using them, and you will be too. They need to be out of business.

      Service was provided and I was unhappy with it. When I cancelled after one month I was charged a cancellation fee after being told by the door to door salesman that there would be no fee to cancel if I wasnt happy. They said they had to confirm with the salesman since he didnt note that on my account. I found out through my conversation that the salesman didnt even work for the company anymore and they would try to reach him to confirm but wouldnt be able to waive anything without that confirmation. The account specialist ****** was rude and dismissive-stay away from this company at all costs!

Upon reviewing your account, we can see that you signed the contract that detailed all of the terms on 6/25/2024 at 7:27pm and it was then emailed directly to you on 6/25/2024 at 7:28pm. Number 11 under the Terms and Conditions states "cancellation of this agreement prior to the end of 18 month agreement period will result in a contract termination fee equal to $100 plus the Promotional Discount of $140 given on the initial service."

      An employee from Bug Shark rang our doorbell, and very pushy to use their service. We reluctantly agreed because the salesman said there was no contract and we could cancel at anytime. Now today we are told there is an 18 month contract, and a signed document that we absolutely did not sign!

      Thank you for taking time to share your feedback, ******** I can see on your account that the contract was signed on 6/5/2024 at 8:02pm and that a copy was then immediately emailed to you for your records. Ohio has a three day "cooling off" period that allows customers to cancel and void the contract. Since it is outside of the cancellation parameters there is a fee for early termination.

      Jorge from Bug Shark rang the doorbell despite the Liberty Township. I Solicitation sticker in the window. I opted to see what he wanted despite it. Once he mentioned Pest Control I politely declined. He continued on and after continuing to sell after a 2nd declination, I tapped the sticker. He proceeded to flash a badge to state he had a permit. There are only 2 companies that were issued permits and he wasn’t one of them. He then got combative and aggressive because I pointed it out. I have the entire interaction recorded on my ring camera. Very unprofessional.

      This company had me sign up with sketchy door to door tactics, botted ****** reviews, and lies about their company's age/success. I cancelled within 3 days as per ohio law and they charged me anyways. I have been on the phone with them multiple times since and will be pursuing legal action if they do not refund me. STAY AWAY at all costs.
