1 starI agree with all of these reviews regarding the "contract" being a scam! This has been over 18 months now since signing this ridiculous thing . I see more bugs after treatment. I want out of this contract and it upsets me because I don't have the money for this. The rep is here right now because I'm not able to cancel! Ugh! Shame on you!Bug Shark

Hi *****!You signed up on 6/17/24 for 18 months of service. You requested to put your account on hold for about 3 months which extends the end date for services. 1 starThis company is a scam. They advertise as they will spray your yard every 90 days what is crazy for $45 a month which was not explained to me but in between your 90 days, you can call anytime and have them re-spray then I was informed when I wanted to cancel That there is a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is $200. they dont tell you that they want you to pay $45 every month even when youre not even using it which is $540 for one or maybe two services of bug spray. They are not upfront and clear about this. Who charges that much money a month and I only do one or two services a yearBug Shark

1 starTotally scam! Never mentioned the 1-year contract even I doubled checked I would not sign up with any contract. They then sent me the contract with fake signature. They even secretly made videotape with a background voice reading the contract which I never heard! This is not how you should do business. Stay away!Bug Shark

1 starCompletely lied about the price. When I received an email confirmation it was tremendously more expensive than quoted, and they "signed" the contract themselves claiming that I had signed. I cancelled immediately and found this company to be completely unethical.Bug Shark

1 starSCAM SERVICE! Do not trust these people. They bait and switch. Sell you a service then say your not covered and it costs more when they treat. Then say there's a penalty if you cancel. Technician was rude said he's the branch manager and can do whatever he wants. Stay away at all costs. Its worth the few extra dollars to get a real pest control service.

They setteled my dispute to my satisfaction. At least they were willing to handle it in a professional mannor.

We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. Our goal is always to provide clear communication and quality service. We’d like to clarify that our general pest control plan does not include German cockroach treatment, which is a separate service due to the nature of the infestation.
When our branch manager visited your home, he provided a quote for the German cockroach treatment and, as a courtesy, offered to perform a free initial treatment while you and your spouse considered the option. That offer was declined.

1 starTechnician that was sent to my house was not professional and seemed to be on something. The treatment itself did not take care of my ant issue even with a follow up visit. The contract is misleading, I was told it would be monthly visits by the sales person. When I called to cancel the sales person indicated it was quarterly visits and that I was being billed monthly. I never agreed to that verbally. The cancellation fees are excessive and predatory. Treated totally unfairly. Totally unethical company that I would never do business with or recommend.Bug Shark

3 starsI just signed up with this company today. I hadn't had a chance to read reviews here yet so now I'm nervous. I also didn't read the fine print. I was definitely told about the $100 cancelation fee if canceled before the 12 months are up but I didn't see the part about paying for the promotional discount of $249. I guess I better hope this service is worth it for the next 12 months or I will be out $349. I would suggest reading the fine print before signing anything.Bug Shark

1 starA sales guy conducted an unsolicited door knock at my townhome. I was told by the sales guy that my neighbors signed up for this service which could cause all the bugs to be pushed toward my unit. He stated I could pay one month at a time, there was no contract, and I could cancel at any time. I was interested in the service for the spring months due to spiders/ants, etc. I provided my credit card but never signed anything. I was billed. They came. A week later, I called to cancel and was told I was locked into a 1-year contract and to cancel it would cost $150 for early termination. I explained what the sales guys told me about there being no contract and that I didn't sign anything. The call center woman forwarded me the contract; however, it was not my signature. They did allow me to cancel without any fees; however, this is a shady practice. I would never use these guys again.Review fromClarence B

1 starI was led to believe two promises. 1--the treatment included treating ********* bees. It is $50 more. 2--the plan charges would only go through September, the paperwork says it is for a year. I was so eager to get something done about the small pesky ants we see this year that I signed up. Did not see initial charge on my debit card yet this morning--oh well, it is a weekend. I hope I can get one more concern addressed when I call on a Saturday involving the treatment chemicals. My wife was told to be cautious while she recovers from cataract surgery.Bug Shark
