      Completely lied about the price. When I received an email confirmation it was tremendously more expensive than quoted, and they "signed" the contract themselves claiming that I had signed. I cancelled immediately and found this company to be completely unethical.

      SCAM SERVICE! Do not trust these people. They bait and switch. Sell you a service then say your not covered and it costs more when they treat. Then say there's a penalty if you cancel. Technician was rude said he's the branch manager and can do whatever he wants. Stay away at all costs. Its worth the few extra dollars to get a real pest control service.

      They setteled my dispute to my satisfaction. At least they were willing to handle it in a professional mannor.

      We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. Our goal is always to provide clear communication and quality service. We’d like to clarify that our general pest control plan does not include German cockroach treatment, which is a separate service due to the nature of the infestation.
      When our branch manager visited your home, he provided a quote for the German cockroach treatment and, as a courtesy, offered to perform a free initial treatment while you and your spouse considered the option. That offer was declined.
      You spoke with two of our managers, and as of now, your account has been closed, and no further services will be scheduled.

      Technician that was sent to my house was not professional and seemed to be on something. The treatment itself did not take care of my ant issue even with a follow up visit. The contract is misleading, I was told it would be monthly visits by the sales person. When I called to cancel the sales person indicated it was quarterly visits and that I was being billed monthly. I never agreed to that verbally. The cancellation fees are excessive and predatory. Treated totally unfairly. Totally unethical company that I would never do business with or recommend.

The cancellation fee reflects the discount you received for work that has already been completed.       I just signed up with this company today. I hadn't had a chance to read reviews here yet so now I'm nervous. I also didn't read the fine print. I was definitely told about the $100 cancelation fee if canceled before the 12 months are up but I didn't see the part about paying for the promotional discount of $249. I guess I better hope this service is worth it for the next 12 months or I will be out $349. I would suggest reading the fine print before signing anything.

      A sales guy conducted an unsolicited door knock at my townhome. I was told by the sales guy that my neighbors signed up for this service which could cause all the bugs to be pushed toward my unit. He stated I could pay one month at a time, there was no contract, and I could cancel at any time. I was interested in the service for the spring months due to spiders/ants, etc. I provided my credit card but never signed anything. I was billed. They came. A week later, I called to cancel and was told I was locked into a 1-year contract and to cancel it would cost $150 for early termination. I explained what the sales guys told me about there being no contract and that I didn't sign anything. The call center woman forwarded me the contract; however, it was not my signature. They did allow me to cancel without any fees; however, this is a shady practice. I would never use these guys again.

      I was led to believe two promises. 1--the treatment included treating ********* bees. It is $50 more. 2--the plan charges would only go through September, the paperwork says it is for a year. I was so eager to get something done about the small pesky ants we see this year that I signed up. Did not see initial charge on my debit card yet this morning--oh well, it is a weekend. I hope I can get one more concern addressed when I call on a Saturday involving the treatment chemicals. My wife was told to be cautious while she recovers from cataract surgery.

      The bug shark salesman lied to me and said if I didnt care for the service after the first one that I could cancel, I called to cancel and they told me about a cancellation fee that the salesman happened to leave out of his speech.

      Still haven’t heard back from them in cancelling my account, the salesman lied to me on my front porch and I have it on video of him lying about it, I’d be happy to take this to court or you guys can waive my cancellation and not send people to my house I didn’t ask for, I have an appointment coming up and they’re welcome to do it for free but I’m not paying for this. I sent another review back in November and it’s A.C. Was the name, but I got ghosted on here so figured I’d try again

      All of our service agreements have the initial term and cancellation policy listed directly above where the first signature is required. After the agreement is signed, a copy is emailed to the email provided when signing up for records and review. We are always willing to work out what we can for our customers to resolve their issues!

      Yea but your salesman said I could cancel after, it does seem like false advertising, and then of course he clicked passed all that stuff when signing as he was holding the iPad, so you can’t tell me that’s not a little shifty, I don’t feel it’s good business practice and I don’t see the need for the product anymore. I’d like the fees waived for cancelling

      I was told that would be no contract. That was the first question I asked and now they told me Im in a contract and I need to cancel. The information I was signing was for payment. Would not help me

      After signing up, a copy of the signed agreement is emailed to the customer who signed it for their records and review. Right above the first signature explains the cancellation terms. We are always willing to work with our customers to resolve any issues they may have with service or otherwise, but discontinuing services before the initial term has been completed will result in early termination fees.

      I went on your salesmans word. I did not see where the contract said about the termination before hand. I need readers guess I didnt have them on so I didnt see the fine print about the cancellation, but I was told numerous times no contract. They do not tell the truth when they try to sell. I asked numerous times about a contract and the boys said no I was signing for my payment very disappointed

      They arent transparent when dealing with. I didnt sign any documents. Any contracts. Door to door guy asked me if they could sign documents for me later at 11 pm and I didnt agree. Because I wouldnt be able to read policies and terms. They still went ahead and did it. At first, I was ok with it but chemicals and or service are inefficient and ineffective. They keep charging me and will do anything to keep charging you even when you didnt sign contract and didnt agree to anything. They will always say its your fault.

We have offered to provide that service for you and sent over an agreement for you to review and sign.
