      This company deserves a negative star rating. I should have come to this page and read reviews before signing a contract. I am wholely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. These reviews are accurate and reflect exactly what I am going through: NO ASSISTANCE ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR CONTRACT! No onboarding. Fees fees fees! Awful accounting journaling and best yet, the prepost journal entries from a month ago are GONE! Even though I payed employees. I cannot wait to leave this company. And I cannot believe ******* is their parent company. Awful!

      I wish I could leave a zero or negative on this. They actually steel from companies and those employees. You have to watch your W2 as well.

      Horrible service, so many promises made to secure our account, but trash customer service is what we received. There is no rep for your account and no team to call and get your issues resolved. The sales rep are so nice and answer all your questions, but once you've been onboarded to their platform just ****** service. Worst payroll service I've ever used, stick to *** and pay the extra fee and get better service.

      Completely useless staff. I was promised a service as we are an interpretation company and advised we pay according to appointment which means pay will be different each time plus mileage. Fast forward they reached out a couple of times and adter that never heard back but they made sure to collect their fee every month and no service was provided since i first originally signed the contract. A couple days i called requesting to cancel my service and specially stated i should not be billed the early term fee and i would like to speak with someone regarding this situation because i was promised a service and they failed he advised he would forward case and gave me a case number and confirmed someone would follow up and he would send a link to close my service. Come to find out i called because i received an invoiced with the early term fee and the lady who answered stated i cant speak to a higher up because i closed my account as i was told by the previous *** to do so and advised i was still waiting for a supervisor callback. She said i cant speak with them and stated theres an email and when i asked her for it her answer was oh i can't give it to you since its internal only. PAYCOR I NEED ANSWERS!!! THIS IS RIDIDULOUS THAT YOU HAVE STAFF WHO ARE UNFIT AND UNCAPABLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS REQUESTS AND ARE MISLEADING THEM WHEN DEMANDING ANSWERS! TO ANYONE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE THEY ARE NOT WORTH PAYING FOR SINCE THEIR STAFF LACK KNOWLEDGE AND ARE NOT FIT TO BE WORKING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

      If i could leave less than 1 star i would. Horrible experience. No help from customer service. Need to submit a ticket for any issues and wait for them to respond, no immediate help. Lack of payroll tax knowledge especially multi-state filings.

      Paycor reached out to me in the summer 2024. They presented us with a good offer and brought in their benefits broker as we were on a PEO.With a PEO, worker's comp, benefits, ****, plus additional services/benefits come with. **************************** broker presented a good benefits (medical) option, and we decided to sign and even asked for guarantee from form one of their **'s for something. We requested to go Live in May, instead of March as Paycor initially wanted. By pushing the go Live date out, their broker had to go back the carrier to get updated rates. The new rates came back higher and we decided to put a hold on everything & stopped implementation. We waited until our renewal came back from our PEO in the summer.Once we received our renewals, we sent it to Paycor's broker. However, it took about a month or more to get quotes back. Once they did in late August/early September, the quotes were NOT competitive at all, only a 3%-4% less than our already high renewal with our PEO. While Paycor tried to present our benefit options, they still were not ************** the end, we decide to cancel everything with Paycor it would have cost us more to leave a PEO. On top of the non-competitive benefit rates, we still would have had to get Worker's comp which we did not know what that quote would have been as we never received one from their broker.With that said, after I notified the person, I worked with at Paycor that we were cancelling, they were not thrilled and sent us a very unprofessional email.Paycor sent us an invoice for a Implementation Recovery Fee are charging half of what would have been our annual fee (ex, $50K annual, $25K implementation recovery fee). No way did they do $25K worth of work. During implementation, 2 extractions of our data were and & I believe 1 or 2 training sessions. Nothing more, nothing less. We sent an email to the ** to get this waive/resolved but response. To charge 1/2 an annual fee is ridiculous!!

      A one star is too good for them. They messed up our employees taxes in the state he lives in. There is no customer service to help you. You have to build everything your self. We canceled after 6 months of disastrous payroll mistakes and they still will charge you. DO NOT GO with them. They can't even handle 2 employees. I wish I looked at the reviews but my bank recommended them. They doubled our pricing, they charge you for every line item! Stay away. How they have a A plus in BBB with all these negative reviews is beyond my comprehension.

      Paycor was one of the worst customer service payroll companies I have worked with. I have worked with 5 different companies and by far they are the worst. They messed up on our taxes 3 times and it took months to get fixed. Also, once you end the contract with them they hit you with a huge fee that is nowhere in the contract. Then when they reach out to them they are so rude and kick you off the system.

      Customer support is a complete joke, absolutely insane. I would leave 0 stars if I could. They claim they will get something done and then they don't do it - they have caused me considerable waste of time. They send a link to instructions instead of sending the actual instructions, and the link doesn't even work. Do not waste your money or your time. They do not care about you or your business.

      I would give them negative stars if I could. The transition to Paycor has been and continues to be (8 months in) a nightmare! I cannot think of one single item that is going well, working as we were led to believe in the sales process. Zero support from the company, even during implementation - we were just told how to do things and then had to do it ourselves, and have to continue to do so for every new item that comes up. **************** is a joke, they always need to "escalate" and this is probably because this system does not work.
