    First class experience with ***. I think in this line of business, it's easy for people to become stressed and blame the loan officers. Our experience was excellent, efficient with outstanding communications. Our particular LO took great care in understanding our overall financial picture, understanding our goals and subsequently put us in the best situation suited to meet those goals. We couldn't be happier with the overall experience, efficiency and effort delivered by ***.

    This was my second time refinancing with River city Mortgage and this time I got to work with ******* she was great to work with, from start to finish was about 3 weeks. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend River city any time.

    I was working with them on a refinance, Everything was approved and ready to go. They were just needing the appraisal. I made sure everything was on track to go before I got the appraisal, and was assured it was approved. I went ahead and paid the almost $600 for the appraisal. It came back fine along with 2 things I had to fix before closing. Which I did. Only for River City to then tell me because half my income is 1099 they now can not approve it. So not only did I pay for an appraisal that was wasted I also spent time and money fixing 2 things on my house they said I had to. One of which was adding a railing to my front steps. They kept pushing me to get a cosigner even through I told them that was a no. I then asked to speak to a manager since I never should have been told to get an appraisal if there was a issue with my financing. One did call once and left a message. I tried calling back and left a message and never heard back from anyone. It was a horrible experience. I have given them 2 months to reach out but nothing back.

    My refinance went very smoothly. Nathan K***** is honest up front about process. He answers any questions asked never felt left out of the process. Glad I used Nathan K***** very smooth and easy to deal with. You will not be disappointed.

    Scammers. They continue to call from various phone numbers even when asked to stop.They should lose their license and be dissolved, as well as fined by the *** for ignoring telephone solicitation laws.

    Company continuously calls and harasses even when told not to call. Employee was threatening to continue to call even if they were told not to and even went as far as saying they would call back the following day at dinner time. Employee kept talking over me when telling them to stop. Criminal charges as well as civil charges need filed against this employee and the company.
