    Auburn was a great tech and knew what he was doing. He explained everything throughly and got the work done efficiently. We would definitely have him back if the need be. Thank you!! Also, Abby was a delight to talk with and she explained everything well.

    Roger was an excellent technician and I highly recommend him. He is so much knowledge and is a problem solver. I want him as my technician when he comes back in the spring to check out my air conditioner

    Have always been very satisfied with HEIP. This tech was amazing! He not only serviced my furnace but explained everything to us. We also had many many questions of which he answered in great detail. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly a pleasure to have in our home. He cared. He is an excellent face of HELP. Definitely one company shouldn’t ever loose. I will ask for him by name for my other HVAC needs. Thank you HELP!
