    Extremely difficult to cancel maintenance agreement. Called to cancel 4 times. Called twice after the mandatory one year agreement term. Only after announcing my frustration over their refusal to cancel over the phone; I announced my intention to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau. Only then did their agent cancel the maintenance agreement and confirm the cancellation via email.

    Kevin from HELP was incredibly knowledgeable when he checked on my furnace. He was easily able to explain in terms for the average guy like me. HELP has never steered me wrong, I highly recommend them.

    Steven arrived promptly. He was respectful, courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. Did the job right and in good time. We are extremely pleased with H.E.L.P. electrical service and will call them next time such work is needed!

    They came out to clear a slow drain. They cleared the drain and cleaned up very well. Tech was polite and professional. I have used Help before like before I have no complaint.
