    Matt did an excellent job on replacing my furnace motor. After spending 14 hours overnight in my house at 58 degrees, it was a pleasure to hear the new motor hum and warm air come out ot the vents. Thanks, Matt.

    Joe from HELP was absolutely great! So friendly and knowledgeable of his work. I have been with HELP now for 3 years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I even think the initial reception and message you receive on the phone as to How can we make you smile today is so great! I want to also mention Seth, he has come to my home on several occasions and is always great, and tolerates my thousand and one questions. Both Joe and Seth had to put up with my annoying Golden Retriever, which was much appreciated. Again can't say enough good things about HELP!! Thank you and keep up the great work!!
