    ***** was thorough, courteous and very professional as he made sure our AC was working very well. We appreciate his work.

    The technician was thorough, he communicated clearly what issues there were, informing me of the potential dangers of leaving a 30yo AC unit and an almost cracked heat exchanger in place, but not pushing me in any way to make replacement decisions right away. He was polite, conversational, and considerate. And when his boss arrived after he handed the call off to him, his boss was likewise professional but personable, upfront about potential hazards but not pushy about scheduling a replacement, and he took the time to sit down and have a conversation about home warranties as well as answer my questions about how exactly the hazards if left untreated could impact me. Finally with regard to quoting, he gave me his number, handed me a quote, and assured me that if HELP did the replacements, they would go beyond the bare minimum of a home warranty.

    Our experience with HELP and Nick from beginning to end was delightful. Nick smiled and laughed and was delightful. He made my elderly mother smile the whole time he was there and he did a great job. Fixing the toilet as well. I recommend this company and Nick very highly. Kenny in the office was just as delightful and helpful as well.
