    Work performed may be timely and of good quality. But when you incent HVAC technicians to sell you then have ethical issues. Rather than fix an inexpensive fixable problem, employees persuade the customer to buy a new system. So, ALWAYS get three opinions/estimates! DO NOT believe the first company in the door! We have first hand experience of this, as we were in the HVAC business. Good luck!
