    I started using HELP in 2021 for replacement of my old furnace system. They came out again this summer (July 2023) for replacement of our AC unit. We found we had a lot of electrical wiring issues in that replacement so we bundled a package and had them come replace the AC and do some extensive electrical work to make sure things were safe and up to code. The AC unit has been working flawlessly however we have recently found out (after our AC spontaneously stopped working and our upstairs lighting started strobing) that the electricians had wired our AC and all upstairs electric through the same circuit and we're all getting about 50% of the actual power they needed to function. We found that if we did anything to change the mode on the thermostat, that the rest of power to half of our house would spontaneously go out. They have promised to send out a master electrician as we are currently without power (due to the danger of running far too much electric through one small wire) however they are now only sending out a service technician and no concrete plans to right this wrong. Several people have looked at the panel so far and have told us that many shortcuts were taken in the new electrical work that has been done.

    ***** from HELP completed a furnace annual inspection. He was very professional and thoroughly explained in detail how this system was working. He also made a timely recommendation regarding the water tank on the water heater and set up a plumbing inspection for us. Very happy with his service.
