    Our tech Reggie was honest and forthright when telling us our humidifier was almost but not quite ready to be replaced. Our options were wait until it failed, likely mid-winter, and replace it then, costing both the repair and a service call or have Reggie replace it for a modest fee while on site. We chose the latter option and will be warm and cozy this winter.

    I am a member of Help Services and scheduled my annual free furnace service before this winter. The service technician came on-time today at 10:00 am. He spent two hour checking everything on the furnace. After performing the service, he went over everything he did and explained results of test performed. I was very pleased with the service provided.***************************
