    Nick weed is a valuable employee of H.E.L.P. I pray they will appreciate him as much as I do. He was prompt, helpful, attentive,and respectful of my needs, he did some necessary work, and installations to get my water heater to operate correctly. Thank you Nick !

    Furnace wasn't heating properly, kept cycling hot cold: Sean, from HELP performed a thorough inspection and found all wiring to be correct, proper. No symptoms of my reported problem occurred, he consulted with support team,... Nothing physically out of order. As he was ready leave, the system began its heating failure. Wham-mo! problem resolved, software setup error during installation just before the summer heat. Now system working as it should. (At no charge, ...I'm so thankful)
