    Donny came to look at my furnace. Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The company sends a text msg about 30 minutes before the worker arrives. Within the text message is a photo of who you will expect. That is a added bonus. Left the work area cleaner than before he came.

    Casey H*** was here explaining what was available and the pro’s and cons of each device. Very friendly. The crew will be here tomorrow morning to replace the furnace and ac system for us. We have dealt with HELP for a good ten years and have been very happy with everything they’ve done.

    Phil S**** from HELP did a wonderful job on our plumbing job. We had a large job done at our home and Phil and the HELP team did a wonderful job getting everything taken care of! HELP Phil was professional, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after himself. We had a couple of small hiccups during the job, but HELP took care of everything very quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for plumbing or HVAC they have done both for us in our home and were wonderful.
