      I have revoked my ACH consent and they still withdrew a monthly payment from my **** ******* bank account. I called them today and could not talk to anyone.

      Thank you for your correspondence regarding the Xact Loan terms and conditions. The Xact Loan is an installment loan originated and funded by ******* ********* **** (“******”), a **** Chartered bank, located in ***** ****, Member FDIC. Axcess Financial is the servicer for ******. We have reviewed your clarification and appreciate the opportunity to investigate the matter and provide a response. 


      We have received your request to revoke ACH privileges on your loan. Your account will no longer be automatically debited through ACH until you notify us to register you for ACH debits again. 
       
      With the revoke in place, you are responsible for making any remaining payments on the loan, either on or before the regularly scheduled payment due date to keep the account current. To review payment options, please contact Customer Support at ###-###-####, and one of our friendly associates will be able to assist you.
