    Imagine getting to your Airbnb as a guest at 10pm after a long day of traveling to walk in and find beds unmade, no clean towels, coffee carafe in the sink, and trash in the trash cans. The place wasn’t cleaned.
    Host mortified, the cleaners didn’t show. And it took nearly 11 hours to get in touch with the cleaners and their response? They can come out to clean the unit and offer a discount on the next clean. That’s it. They apologized for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t take a phone call or have a manager/owner call us because it was the weekend. They said operations would contact us Monday morning. No one contacted us.

    Based on the way they handled things, sounds like they’ve been in this situation before. If you’re looking for a cleaner, do not recommend. Prior to this, we had several other issues. Their process is all over the place, no consistency and unorganized. If you’re an existing customer, please make sure you’re monitoring that they are showing up each time before you’re in our situation.
    We’re out the reservation and our reputation has been compromised.
    This cleaning company didn’t show up for a clean. And their response, or lack of, is unacceptable. Mistakes happen and it’s 100% in how you handle your response. Were asking for them to take ownership and do the right thing, but they’re not showing up for that either.
