    On Sat. March 9 I received a deep clean that won from a giveaway from Simplee clean LLC. After the cleaning there were issues of areas not cleaned and when I sent a message about it and finally got a response they made excuses and lies about the condition of my house and what they cleaned. They have a 24hr satisfaction guarantee that’s why I brought it to their attention since we had previously paid for a deep clean and the same lady (****) completed everything that time. After the unprofessional email and no resolution offered I left an honest opinion on google that they had sent me a link to for a review. After doing so I received a threatening email to remove my review that they were going to pursue legal action and not charge me for the cleaning because of “misconduct”. They also responded to my review on google calling me “rude and ungrateful” and basically a lier. I have all proof of the first cleaning that we paid for in November and what all was cleaned for the deep clean as well as proof of winning this “deep clean”. I signed no papers or was sent anything with the claimed “terms” that they could go back and charge me for it. We were not even home for there to be misconduct and I approached them kindly before leaving an honest review. They want a positive review but when I left one they didn’t like they are now charging me and threatening legal action because they didn’t address my issues even though they state a satisfaction guarantee. I have several
    Witnesses to the condition of my house prior to cleaning and there was not a single toy or belongings in my kids rooms as they claimed. I also asked for the before pictures they take because that would show the condition however they didn’t provide them. They also said they would post pictures of my house on social media to give clarification to other clients which I am not approving my house to be displayed online. I will attach all communication and proof.
