I usually have no problem with this company. Today I was misled by the online department. I was advised if I paid off my loan with a debit card today, I can get a new loan the same day. This is not true for my state. I paid off my loan and now I have to wait for the cool off period to be over before I can get another one.

This company will deny you credit with out validation of information on the application, Ive try to send them all of the documents they need to validate the information,,,,they wont accept any of the documents Ive sent themCheck N Go Response

I never had any issues when I borrowed from them. I just wanted to report that, like other reviewers, I also received a notice from a place called Vanguard stating that I owe Check N Go money on a loan. First of all, the last time I borrowed from them was years ago. I believe it was in 2012 or 2013. After the last time I paid them off, I switched to a different company. I know for a fact that I would not have been able to borrow from the other company if I had not paid Check N Go as that is the first thing the agent at the other company told me so this is definitely a scam. I know that they are not the scammers but Check N Go should do a better job of protecting customer information so that the scammers can't get their hands on it.Check N Go Response

I have a past due amount for **** and I can't re-loan, it's been almost a gone by! My bank said that they have took the money out of my account last Friday, I have children and myself to take care of, school, work, and inflation, high gas prices! I NEED THE MONEY! THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!Check N Go Response

Don't be sent to a debt collector as they don't even write to you just call you with threats. Each threat gets worse. 1st-file fraud, 2nd-house forfeiture, 3rd-they will send someone to my house to arrest me. Then they set the monthly payments so high their infeasible. Refused my payment of $195 on the first, and was told because it was 2 days late it was not workable "you will have to do better than that" my loan was taken out years ago and everytime I look they keep changing the dateCheck N Go Response

The store representative (**** ******* FL) FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE TO MY CAR after i left the store very upset. I had tried cashing my check at ******* already where they made me sign my check. Check and Go Rep told me it was against company policy to take a check already signed. So i said “okay its not your fault, just let me get my stuff so i can go” after that I went to leave the establishment and yelled “the F word” while leaving. To which the employee followed me outside making threats. “I DARE YOU TO COME BACK INSIDE AND YOU WILL HAVE BIGGER PROBLEMS THAN NOT BEING ABLE TO CASH YOUR CHECK!!!” Who follows an upset customer outside further instigating the issue. I was just going to get in my car and leave and here is an employee ON THE CLOCK making threats at me. Check and Go has done nothing to resolve the issue. Hope that girl doesnt get hurt being unprofessional in her job. Shame on Check N Go.Check N Go Response

I extended a loan on the last day of payment . Then I decided I wanted to cancel to the loan . Which was done very easily. I still had one payment left to make so when I got on line I called the number , which was collections . Collections said they didnt have it and couldnt take a payment for me They transferred me to customer service who was of no help and said they couldnt take a payment for me either and said I needed to contact collections. I sat on the phone for an hour try to make a payment and no one would take the payment because the claim it wasnt in their department or the couldnt find the amount or the loan. So after sitting on the phone my only answer was to email customer service.Check N Go Response

The Southgate location took advantage of us and made us pay back our loan 6 days later, which is illegal! They set the due date on a week we don't even get paid, which is also illegal. We brought this to their attention and they blamed us for not paying attention to the date.... it's one thing to make a mistake. It's another to blame the customer. They were extremely rude when I called and asked them to fix their mistake. There are better options out there now don't get screwed by this shady company. The laugh is they have a 5 star rating on their website... the reviews were probably done by employees!Check N Go Response

Worst company that I have ever done business with. When I set my loan up I let them know my paydays were the 15th and the 30th. They set my payments up for the 14th making my bank account go overdrawn. When I brought this to their attention they said they can not change the date and I will have to essentially keep 200 bucks in my bank account for an entire month every month to avoid going overdrawn. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. You will be just another source of income to them know if you take their loan that they do not care about you in the slightest.Check N Go Response

Check N Go will accept an early payment and will submit a schedule payment as well. You would think you made your monthly payment in good faith but your doubled dipped. The *********** office has ***** unprofessional staff, starting with the manager. I was told that their hours of operations are from 10am to 6pm.. I said I would be by asap. Arrived at 3:34pm and office was closed with a sign saying they would be back at 3pm. I waited until 4pm and still no one to that showed up. I am filing a complaint at the court for unfair collection practices.Check N Go Response
