  We recently had Animal Remover come out to remove some unwanted guests from our chimney, and I must say they did a fantastic job! Nick and Josh were the two gentlemen who took care of the situation, and they were professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and got to work right away. Not only did they safely and effectively remove the animals from our chimney, but they also took the time to explain what they were doing and answer all of our questions. Their expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. The entire job was completed in a timely manner, and they left the area clean and tidy. I highly recommend Animal Remover for their excellent service and professionalism. Nick and Josh are a great team, and I am grateful for their help in resolving our wildlife issue.   Bait and trap! Thats what they did to me.This company doesnt offer free quotes, they make you pay $100 up front, (nonrefundable unless you purchase their service) then their quote was $1,700.00, or the cheap option, $917.00.Since other company ads started at $200 I ate the $100 and told them I would have to look for more reasonable prices for simply setting a trap and coming back when I saw it had captured the groundhog!I should have known not getting a pre-quote was a mistake.Hope you dont make the same mistake.What a racket!

  I have been battling squirrels in my soffit and chimney for several months. I tried the high frequency device with NO effect. I then contacted a squirrel "expert" who just seemed to trap neighborhood squirrels and our problem continued. Totally frustrated I reached out to Animal Remover. The office is nearby but I was put off a bit to see that there was a $39 cancellation fee if I did not keep the appointment. John came out and did an evaluation including our attics and suggested a plan to get rid of the squirrels as well as repair the damage and do some preventative He was very knowledgeable and explained the strategy. John then placed 3 traps including two traps placed directly over the holes. He told me that it was my responsibility to phone in by 10 AM if the trap had a squirrel. John told me they would be out within 24 hours.
  The same evening we had a squirrel and I notified Animal Remover and was advised they would be out the following day and they did come out promptly.
  The following 3 days ( Sat, Sun and Monday) I reported another squirrel and within 2 hours Johnnie was out each day and retrieved the squirrels.
  They suggested that we make sure no squirrels for a week then repair the damage. On 3/23 two professional technicians came out ( they always call first). Johnnie and John S**** did a thorough evaluation and proceeded to repair the damage using galvanized steel. They also covered the attic louvers to prevent further damage.
  Each of the technicians was polite, professional and knowledgeable about squirrels, damage and repairs. They told me that they go to classes to stay current.
  There was an issue with my final invoice and their manager Tyler was very pleasant and helpful. He resolved the issue immediately and thanked me for my business. Top notch team!
  I hope that I don't need their services again!
