    If I could give 0 stars I would.I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere, to someone who will not lie, gaslight and belittle you regarding your loved ones forever resting place.Please see below what my poor mother has had to deal with since losing her mom, my grandmother on 12/02/2023.7/2/2024 moms stone was put in place and we went to see it. It was wrong. It was placed backwards. And the top was not polished.I called June 2nd. The guy was sort of an a** and tried to say it was how we told him.I said no and had our original paper how it was suppose to be. He said they would order a replacement.I call in August and he states stone should be here the week of 9/14.On 9/11 I call to make sure all is good to go with new stone. He said stone was on the truck. However the stone place is short on drivers but hoping it will still get here. ***** is coming from ********** of today - Still no correct ******** aunt called and it was the same thing, its on the truck but gotta wait for a driver to bring it up.Southern Ohio Monument ** in *********** has seriously FAILED US!
