You can never get anyone on a call. Only way is via phone which does not answer.
Document your attempts to contact the. Take a picture of your phone of how long you were on hold. , Do not unsubscribe to their text reminders. Save copies as their procedures is to push this to a debt collector.

NO customer service. LITERALLY. It is Impossible to talk with a human! Acute Care does not have my correct insurance info. NO WAY to get a hold of them. I have tried repetitively to contact them. The hospital does not even have contact info for them. Why the hospital uses them is a mystery to me. I will contact a lawyer before they mess up my credit!

I have gotten an email out of the clear blue from these people and I have NO idea who they are, but they want me to pay a bill. They also asked for my insurance info. To get to the bill they are charging me for, they want my SS # and that yells SCAM to me. Why did they not send me a bill so I can see what I owe, if anything? The hospital has all my info, why did they not give it to them...they got my email address. I just do not trust this. Sounds so fishy.

When you go to the hospital for treatment, you may receive two bills: one from the hospital (facility or testing fee) and one from the clinicians who provided your care (professional fee). The professional fee is what you are billed for from USACS. The hospital's billing departments may not always know who contracts their clinicians. I had food poisoning and used US Acute Care telehealth to get a prescription to help control the "flow". The appointment was less than 2 minutes long. They are charging me $795.00 for the call. Explain to me how our systems allows anyone to charge $23,850 per hour. For a telehealth call. This company is a scam, they are out to scam you and your insurance company. These people are clearly part of the problem with our health care system. $795 for a two minute call. Shame on US Acute Care and shame on our country for letting companies like this scam people.

Another scam bill from physicians by US Acute Care Solutions. In February 2024 I went to an urgent care for a back spasm saw a Dr. and got a nylon sling. US Acute Care Solutions charged my insurance $758.91 for the sling and "application of sling" which insurance "covered" $640.67. I was charged $118.24 for a sling I looked up cost $5.00 on ******. The Dr. did not "apply" the sling but a nurse assistant did in less than 2 minutes. At no point did anyone tell me the cost or suggest that I go to my local *** and get it for a fraction of what they were charging. It is a crime to charge my insurance company that astronomical rate let alone what I have to pay. Health insurance is so expensive because the costs are outrageous. Please to anyone who reads this make sure you ask the cost before you get anything from an urgent care or dr. office.

Bull crap scam. They never answer the phone ,I am a 100% disabled veteran and had an emergency room visit which was covered by the VA. They're trying to get $985 from me when I am covered 100%. I noticed the $985 is a common number in some complaints. Do not pay if you are just checking this out.

We have repeatedly uploaded our insurance card and they repeatedly say it is invalid (it’s not) but I can’t get anyone to answer their phone and all the emails are automated.

This is an absolute scam and the agency is being investigated by government agencies. DO NOT PAY. This company never bills insurance, and hospitals are never aware of these bills. Note that labs can be separate, and hospital bills can be separate. America is full of Scams, but eventually these people get caught.

I just got a bill for $985.00. I'm not sure what bill this is as my insurance company has already paid the hospital for all the charges. What kind of company is this and where exactly did I go to get this service? It shows facility ***** where is that? I'm not paying this bill. This is such a scam.
