4 starsThe shipping container we purchased from Container One was decent. The staff we talked with were pretty friendly, including the guy that delivered the container. One complaint though -- once each person's job was completed (sales, dispatch, etc.) they would not return calls. We would get voicemail when we called and no callback. This was annoying. The only person that answered the phone after their part of the process was completed was the driver. We called to thank the guy and he picked up.Review fromChris S

5 starsVery easy process. *********** answered all my questions and customer service updated me on delivery times. Containers were shipped quickly and the driver was very nice. He explained everything to about making sure the containers were level. Would use again.
