1 starI reached out via email and spoke to a person. They asked for photos of my driveway to ensure the container could be delivered and decided it should be a short trailer which they would arrange . Seemed legit. I paid for the container and they said they would contact me for scheduling soon. I -need- a container for a work site, am very motivated to get one.It turns out, they had no container to actually sell me. I had to wait a month for them to find one, which I was not expecting. Major setback.I have a mid day delivery scheduled to not upset the neighbors and minimize traffic.The driver shows up late (7p) and with the wrong trailer. He could not deliver. He said he could come back the next day -at six am-. Ok fine. I'm drink my coffee on site at six. At 9a the driver shows up. He cannot get the trailer off the truck. The lad straps the container to am out building support, and despite my misgivings immediately rips down said support post down trying to yard the container with it. I end up creating an anchor by wrapping his chains around a section of post anchored to the concrete driveway with 10 concrete lag bolts. He drags the trail down the concrete driveway tearing up his equipment and the surface. Fortunately the concrete is being replaced.I look inside the container and it seems ok but worse for the wear. I spend most of my time inspecting the exterior which has considerable repaired damage, but seems intact. The guy snaps a photo and rallies out. The interior floor is a patchwork of smaller cut pieces of plywood, which is odd. It is musty, and many of the sections are loose. I need the floor to be level-ish and it is not. I cut it out thinking I can 'just replace' the flooring. The understructure of the container is so badly damaged that the only way flooring can be installed is in patchwork pieces. I was fleeced. I don't know what I'm going to do, but they'll never get my business, and I'd encourage others (you) to avoid these jokers.

Mr ********* you bought this container on 3/9/2023. We delivered it on 3/30/3023. After the sale we contacted you with our welcome call to go over delivery to make sure there would be no delivery issues. You informed us that you didn't think our 40ft tiltbed trailers would work and needed a 20ft trailer. We had you send pictures and we confirmed that a 20ft trailer was indeed needed. This process delayed the delivery by one week. We have a 5 point inspection that is done at the depot and signed by the depot and the driver. This same report is also signed by you at delivery. It includes, floors, roof, seals, doors and holes. You signed each of these inspection areas as good. You waited 6 months after delivery to even let us know you had any type of issue with the floor. You bought a Wind and Water tight container and that is what you received. Had you had a problem with the floor it should of been addressed at delivery or within a day or two after delivery and we could of addressed it then. We are sorry that you are not happy and you took in upon it yourself to replace the whole floor.Review fromvinnie r

1 starorderd a container one month in advance .took my vacation for the week of delivery ten thay told me the driver was sick .then i tried to call to resolve the matter and thay never called me back .and i paid a month in advance

You did not want Delivery until after August 21st. You did not have an address for delivery but agreed to meet driver at a known address for final delivery location. The delivery was to be made in a unimproved grass location off a trail. We had you send pictures of the property to make sure we could even deliver it where you wanted it. Due to weather conditions (rain on grass and trail) delivery was not possible until the property was dry. Also found out you may want to change your order to a new container at he last moment. We are sorry this did not work out for you and hope you were able to get one somewhere else when the weather permitted.Review fromJohn K

1 starI purchased my container on May 3 with the understanding it would need to be delivered no later than June 5 for a move that I had scheduled. It did not arrive and I had not one phone call for the month between purchase and expected delivery. I spent the next 48 hours with a series of phone calls and got the run around, excuses, and hang **** I was finally assured that the container would be delivered the next afternoon. My husband received a phone call at 5:45 pm from a delivery company that said there was an order misplaced and the container would not be delivered for another five days.I called back to speak to this person and within minutes he became abusive and threatening. I have contacted container one to ask for a refund as I absolutely do not want the delivery person on the phone or anyone associated with him at my home. They have $3170 of my money, I have no container for a scheduled move that I have spent $1000 extra to resched already this week and I have 24 hours to find another storage solution. And, an abusive, frightening delivery person has my address. I agree with another review, business practices must have changed as I did my research and in no way expected this type of business practice. I just want a refund. I want nothing more to do with this company.

We were able to find your order under your husbands name. We keep detailed call notes on every phone call with our customers. We talked to your husband many times and we also have many attempts to call him that were sent to vm. We have notes where your husband changed the door orientation several times. We haves notes where we tried to schedule delivery 3 different times and no one answered our call. We were finally able to get ahold of him and schedule delivery for late in the day on 6/6. The delivery company called you when they realized that they driver would not get loaded at the depot that day. He contacted your husband immediately when they found out. He apologized and rescheduled with your husband and your husband completely understood and was not upset. You called the delivery company back and were screaming at the company manager even after he tried to explain to you what was going on and when he would deliver it to you. He did hang up on you because you were screaming at him. ***** send a formal request email to ******************************* requesting a refund and we will process it immediately if you no longer want your delivery.

5 starsContainer one did great for me. Everyone I dealt with was professional nice. I was told 3 weeks for shipping and in less then one week I received the container in great shape.. the delivery guy was able to deal with my father in law and get into a tight drive way. 5 starsI rarely write reviews but this is one that needs to be done. The price I paid was by far the best I found, the container is in excellent condition. The company and all of the contacts, employees were all very professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered within a few hours. I had to delay delivery due to snow, no problem, when I was ready they scheduled delivery for 4 days in the future. Delivery was on time within a few minutes. Driver was great, put the container exactly where I wanted it. I can't say enough good things about this experience. I will be buying another soon. Highest recommendation.Review fromTami J

5 starsI bought a container, the price was great, the representative was an awesome help getting me exactly what I was looking for(thank you *****) my only problem was in the delivery time, they say 2/3 weeks, no problem there but it did take almost 5 weeks, the weather was bad so it wasnt an easy delivery, once the weather cleared it only took another week. I did have problems with the logistics, ******* didnt ever contact me to let me know what was up, I repeatedly had to contact her. Finally ***** called me and told me tomorrow The driver contacted me right away and we made our arrangements. He got there took it off the trailer and all is well.Review fromDave D

1 starWell let's see, they took my order and gave me a price including delivery for a 20' container. I paid with check online which they pulled from my account right away. Then after several days while I am waiting for a delivery date I call them back to check on my order only to be told of another $400 extra for delivery because they didn't charge enough the in first bid. After cancelling delivery because I was able to find a replacement at a reasonable price I find they're keeping my money for a week before they refund it. After they reneged on their bid I don't really trust them on my refund either. I see all the good reviews on here and I'm wondering if it's a change in the way they're doing business or if it was just negligence. Either way they're prices seem to change on containers after you pay for them but before they ship them. BUYER BEWARE

********************, When we originally quoted you we did not know that there was a ferry fee to deliver your container. We we called you to confirm your order we found out that you lived on a island that was only accessible by ferry. The Ferry was an additional $400.00 fee. You decided you did not want to pay that fee and wanted a refund. This happened on 2/15/2023 at 4:36 pm. We refunded you the money on 2/15/2023 at 9:27am. We are sorry this happened but your review is uncalled for. We have not changed any of our policies or business practices and take pride in our customer service and transparency with our customers. We have sold and delivered over ****** containers and we would not be in business today if we were unethical in anyway. We also waived our cancelation fees for you even though we had cancelation fees we had to pay.
