    Great communication and quick delivery! Was ahead of schedule by about 5 days. Would highly recommend! Almost went with a different company and Im glad I didnt after realizing they werent accredited and had terrible reviews.

    I am very happy with the price of my container. My only concern was that it took over a month for delivery. The need for more communication between logistics and the customer. The sales person ***** (salesperson)was fantastic and he did follow up on my concerns. My suggestion for Container One is to improve communication with the delivery time. ***** the delivery person was also great. Very helpful on the placement.

    The only delay I had was my fault in trying to prepare my place for the set up. **** worked with me and was very patient. It was delivered this past Friday. The delivery person put it right where we wanted it. He called to say he was running late because he had to attend his sons Christmas program at school. Of course to me that speaks volumes about his character and we didnt mind the wait. The container itself was in like new condition. Everyone I dealt with at the company was spot on. Highly recommend.

    The customer representative was very courteous. Received container 5 days earlier than expected. Container was in alot better shape than one I had purchased from another vendor.

    I specifically ordered a 40' HC one trip container with no branding on it and 3 different employees guaranteed me that their would be no branding. Of course 30 days after i paid for it, it was delivered with dents and branding all over it. I asked them to send me pictures of it before delivery. They can't do that she says. I filed a complaint with the company. Their response..Sorry for your luck. We don't guarantee the color or branding..Just a horrible way to treat anybody, let alone a paying customer.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.I had to learn my ****** the hard way.

    Wow!!The one trip unit we bought was in perfect condition. And ****** who delivered the unit was awesome in getting the unit placed exactly where we wanted it.You guys knocked it out of the park!***
