5 starsYour driver **** is a great man and he went above and beyond what e was supposed to do you have a great employee in him you should give him a bonus I feel I will never use another container company and I will recommend you to everyone I know that is looking for a container your price is great and the unit was way better then I expected it to be I am very pleased with everyone I I had contact with at you business everyone was very helpful and did a perfect job thank you very much again and keep up the great customer service it means alot in today's worldReview fromBarry D

1 starI have owned this container for 15 months now and the roof is leaking in 3 different places. I recall when I ordered this container they talked me into the larger container at the same price , when the used container first got dropped off I could tell right away this was very old and very ugly , however container 1 told me it comes with a warranty. I stored away our classic car and some furniture from my wifes deceased Father for her keep sake of his property. We just recently got into the container to find that not only was everything wet but also very moldy and ruined. I contacted container 1 and they have told me there is nothing they can do about it. Looking back to when that container was first dropped off I should have trusted my gut and said no and refused it. I did not , and now not only $3300 later we have lost all of my wifes belongings and our **** ***** is ruined with mold and rust build up. After emailing them and not getting any help from them , I now plan to reach out to the BBB and also make everyone very aware of them selling junk to people and beware. I would of rather took the money and built a building or spent more money on a new container not one that should of just been crushed for scrap being so rusted out and beyond being used for anyone. I feel this container should have never been sold to me at all or anyone period!

it is unfortunate to here your complications due to condensation build up inside your 40HC Wind and water tight Container. Pictures we did receive of your container had no inside pictures showing any leaks or any holes shown. We do stand behind our 1 year leak free warranty seems you are past our warranty timeframe as this was delivered 11/02/2022.

4 starsThe only problem I had is that the container was supposed to be delivered on a specific day and no one called or showed. When I called the office I was told they would call the driver and get back to me. That did not happen. I had to call the next day and was told the driver would be calling me in about 30 minutes.. After almost 2 hours later, the driver finally called. I would just like the communication to be better.. The unit itself is greatReview fromDk R

5 starsI'm going to enjoy my container, the acquisition was easy, everyone was friendly and professional. The delivery driver was extremely professional and patient. Awesome experience.
