5 starsPrices were very competitive. Representatives over the phone were very friendly and thorough. Containers came in good time and delivery driver (*****) was super friendly, did a fantastic job. ***** has great communication skills and kept me posted on delivery times. Containers were as described and showed up in fantastic condition. Would recommend Container One and will no doubt use again without hesitation.Container One

5 starsThe communication from start to final delivery was clear and consistent.The delivery driver was courteous and was able to drop the box exactly where I wanted it, the first time. This was a remote site and he was accommodating and polite from start to finish.Container One

1 starContainer One is very misleading and is not transparent on their delivery timeframe! They also pressure you to get your money to even start the process! I was told they couldn't guarantee a delivery date, but the "average" delivery is 5-7 days. However, I had to pay them to get the invoice generated so they could get it started. I asked if it was refundable and the sales girl said "yes everything is refundable". I was very clear I was moving and needed it by a certain date, but had flexibility and 5-7 days average (even another week would have worked) What I wasn't told was the "average" wasn't based on the timing of me paying them it was after they receive the release of the container. They have no idea as to when that would be! Once I found out (only because I called to inquire and update) I cancelled the order. They still charged me a cancellation fee of $350! If I would have known they had to wait for a release I would have NEVER agreed and would have went a different direction.Container One

It is unfortunate you believe we are misleading but that is not the case. You placed your order on the 12th and canceled it after 3 business days not even giving the opportunity to make the delivery in our average timeline. You pre-maturely canceled the order resulting in a cancelation fee to be placed on your order which is all laid out in the terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your container. If you wish to proceed with the order again we will gladly waive the cancelation fees and start your order again..
