    This is a glorified scam service. They just take your money and never make any effort to get you out of lease. all their packages are just made to extract money and make you feel that you can get out of lease easily. I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND anyone to use this service..
    I spent 250 dollars on getting out of lease and there is simply no effort or response from the company.
    Complete waste of time and effort.

    I’ve been in the car business for 12 years and recommended this place countless times. Well after my terrible experience with Vernon I can assure you I’ll no longer be doing that. After playing telephone tag I finally got a hold of him and after asking a simple question he responded by saying “well just read my emails and call me back.” This was very surprising because I had replied to his email with all the information and was only asking about the different packages. He was extremely rude and as I was mid sentence put me on hold and transferred the call to his voicemail. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It is hard to comprehend how he thought it was appropriate to speak to a customer in that manner and then end the call abruptly. His actions suggest that he has little regard for basic customer service standards, and I can’t imagine how he’s managed to be successful treating people this way.
