  Lisa F****** advised me to use their top tier listing option for my vehicle as it should get transferred in 30days and she was absolutely correct. She was also available for questions along the way and responded immediately if she wasn’t initially available. Process went exactly as she advised and extremely smoothly. Lisa is a professional and extremely effective. Great service that I highly recommend!!

  I had a great experience with Swapalease. Lisa F*******, ext ****, was my account rep and she was very helpful; great communication, knowledgeable and let me know what to expect with every step of the process. I was nervous and skeptical that my car was going to be a good candidate but she was spot with her advice and the swap went through quickly and without any problems.

  Nick W****** was extremely helpful. He not only answered all my questions, but he was honest and did not give me wrong expectations. Explained the process, did my add, etc. Make sure you understand what you are doing and what Swapalease is about. I say this because sometimes people do not read or ask all the questions before and then expect Swapalease to do everything. All it does is advertise your car and help you through the process, but then you take it from there. Nick was very responsive too. I will recommend him! Thank you!

  They're service gets you nowhere. You are basically giving them $74 to access the seller's info and then the car ends up being sold. Every listing that I call was literally sold. Why don't they update the site? Because it is a scam. I have been on the phone with them three times and they are giving me the runaround about returning my funds.

The Swapalease paid buyer membership permits direct communication with those looking to exit their leases and our free buyer membership allows lease shoppers to communicate anonymously through a handful of frequently asked questions. Typically, Swapalease users utilize the free system to ensure vehicle availability prior to purchasing a membership. Regardless, we also make it clear that we cannot and do not guarantee vehicle availability as well as state our standard no refund policy for buyer memberships as part of the signup process. We understand that in some instances that exceptions need to be made from a policy perspective to best service both our users and clients. That said, we have two viable options to present as solutions in this instance. First, we can extend the 60-day membership period to 120 days to provide the client more time to find a lease that will meet their needs.   So you are basically saying we are paying you for a subscription to see phone numbers and us a buyers also have to go out of our way to ensure the listing is up to date? What is the purpose of your website then? It sounds like we pay you to be the middle man. If I knew youre company was set up like this, I wouldve found another service. As a customer, I should ONLYsee available listings I most definitely require a refund. I have call a total of 3 times and always get the voicemail for the department that handles refunds. Please expect me to call everyday until it is resolved. Thank you.

  FANTASTIC!
  Nick W****** was so helpful, suggested a way to get more views for HALF the price of other lease company, and within one day I had an interested and qualified buyer. Car picked up and i'm out of the lease within a week's time!! Just wish I hadn't spent money on the first company.

  I am in the car business and had to exit my BMW 540i lease early (very sad to let it go). I dealt with Mike and Noli and they gave me excellent service. I got the best package as there was a time concern and the car went up and I had 5 responses before I even had time to put pictures up. The first two wanted to talk about cars, however; the 3rd was a great guy and said he wanted the car and did the credit app right away. I got a few other offers that were better than his, although I had already committed to him and I am a lady of my word. Turns out he was an EMT and had a great family that drives lot's of different brands. The relationship that developed was a positive one and I swapped out within 10 days. I highly recommend Swap a Lease and would use no other service as I have successfully helped customers get out of their leases over the last 7 years with this service. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Take it from a professional!!!
