  Seems to be a reputable company but wish I had called someone else. The company overall doesnt seem to have the equipment needed. A plumber comes to access and then has to wait on equipment. We were told wrong info about our sewer line which caused a lot of confusion and having to call the city which did a test a confirmed Mr ********************** told us wrong. Seems they did not use a locator as they used their camera/scope. When they came back to clear a clog, we had to wait hours for the actual equipment to get there after plumber arrived. Ended up paying way more than what we expected. The plumbers seem knowledgeable but the company overall doesnt seem to know what is going on. In the beginning they sent plumber to wrong address.

  The technician I had today was absolutely outstanding. I would totally recommend this company because I sincerely trust them with not just todays service repair but also all prior repairs. They commit to their service and completed everything as requested. Wish there were more companies like this. Keep up the great work!!!

  Had a leaky pipe leading into a water heater. Called Mr. ********************** and they sent technician ***** out the next morning. ***** installed new copper piping to resolve the issue in a minimum of time. Have used Mr. ********************** before for pipe replacement. Very satisfied and will not hesitate to call again when other issues come up.

  Our job started on May 4th, it is now July 26th and I am still trying to get them to finish the work. First they broke half of my sprinkler system and didn't really seem to care. They simply left after installing the drain pipes with my yard still completely torn apart. They said someone would call. That never happened. I had to keep calling for a about 2 weeks to get someone back out to keep working. They tried to rig it and failed to do that. This is after the Manager told me that the excavation guy over charged me. Yeah I'll never get that money back. So another 2 week go by they had to hire another irrigation company to fix a motor and tons of line their guys destroyed and it still didn't work completely. They also cut an electric line to my outside light that they didn't believe me so they hired ************ to come into my house and trace everything out and they confirmed power out of my house, confirming the Mr ********************** guys cut my power. 2 weeks have gone by since that has happened and no call from Mr. **********************. The grass and landscape is still a mess since they have to come back and dig up the line and fix it so our yard looks horrible since May. Dirt and weeds everywhere. I have taken 6 days off work either waiting on them to not show up or have them come late and work a few hours. That's money I have lost due to this company. So here we sit almost 4 months in constantly having to contact them to finish a job that should have taken 2 days. Do not use this company. They are not trained. They tried to fix my irrigation system with the wrong parts, only found out when we turned it on and it immediately failed

  The technicians have been great. Always polite, working steadily even though job has not been easy. A number of problems have occurred and the job must be extended through no fault by them.

  Mr. ********************** scheduled the work request in a timely manner and the technician arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and professional.   My kids clogged the toilet, idk with what but I have all boys so Im sure they put something in it before doing the do and not even a plunger would clear it, they came in and cleared it in like 10 minutes, I was so happy. They were so nice and the smell and mess didnt even phase them (because I was super embarrassed ??)

  I requested 2 outside faucets be replaced. The plumber showed me how one of the pipes was not reachable due to my partially finished basement. The other was doable but not easy per the plumber. After deciding to replace only one faucet as the other wasnt leaking or used often, the plumber quoted me a price over twice the expected cost for the job. After I explained what I had budgeted the plumber eventually quoted me a price that was about ***** over. The plumber was excellent and timely with his work. I also appreciated his patience with my 4 year old nephew who enjoyed watching. The 3 stars rating is because the original price quote was ridiculous. The plumber was professional, friendly and timely. The schedulers communication was excellent.
