5 starsOnly company that actually listened to what I wanted and was agreeable to the details. Price was manageable. Removed a Jacuzzi tub and replaced with a walk in shower. 5 starsWe called Joyce for an issue we had on the sliding glass doors for our walk-in shower. Their Customer Service (Jessica) and Project Manager (David) were very helpful. In less than an hour David called back and asked if it was OK to have a person there in one hour. Tim arrived and replaced a roller and fully adjusted the doors, so they rolled easily and sealed well at the ends. 5 starsMy experience with the work from Joyce for my new front door was exceptional! Mark & Adam arrived right on time at 8am as scheduled, made sure every last detail with my door and it's interior trim was fitting perfectly, and were very professional with their attitude and care of my property. 5 starsWilliam and Jeff were my window installers from Joyce. They called the day before to let me know what time they'd be arriving. They arrived within that time frame, informed me of the process they would use to install the windows and worked tirelessly the two days they were here. They were both friendly, polite, answered my questions and were considerate in closing the back yard gate in case I had to let my dog out. Not one piece of trash/debris was left behind. One of of the few experiences with contractors over the years that I enjoyed. Totally satisfied with my windows. Thank you William and Jeff and others along the way with whom I interacted from Joyce.Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths
