5 stars****** crew was awesome and they did an excellent job as I am very impressed with it. My other door had areas where you could see the light from outside, it’s well sealed with quality workmanship. My neighbor came over as she is doing a lot of work on her house and she said it was a great job.
Edward crew ROCKS!!! Thanks for doing such a great job.

4 starsHad bathroom remodel that almost went wrong. The installation crew of ***** and ******* were 10 star with the technique, care and attention to detail. It almost went wrong not because of them, but because of the salesman (*****) and measurer (Bailey). I would never have imagined what happened the day of installation. When ***** arrived we were reviewing what was going to be done, and the fixes to the plumbing was a mystery to him. Going back to the meeting with the salesman, 3 months ago, we explained to him that we had a minor leak from the sink and toilet and went to the Home and remodeling show to find a company that could handle our needs. He took pictures of the holes in the kitchen ceiling to show the area of leaks that needed to be repaired. When it was time to sign agreement he was having trouble with his computer and was to make sure of all verbal communications and get updated copy to us. We also inquired about replacing the vanity and was told that vanities are no longer sold by Joyce, but if we purchased one they would install it at installation. When the measurement person came out, we reminded and showed the areas of repair that would be needed to the plumbing and he took photos as well. The day of installation was filled with at least 4-5 hours of stress, when we contacted Joyce to clear up this confusion, the sales person and person who measured, both denied having any recollection of the conversation about the plumbing issue or taking the photos. This was incredibly distressing to hear and it made us feel like they were insinuating that we were trying to get plumbing done for free, even though this was part of the sales discussion and what we thought the total cost was going to include. We were made to feel like we were being dishonest. Photos of the holes in our ceiling but those conversations never happened? We love the final product and the craftsmanship of Kamel, and we were planning on doing a 3 season room with them next, but not sure now.Review fromMatt P

5 stars*** from Joyce was absolutely wonderful, he was able to answer my questions that I had concerning new windows before installation.
