      This review is for the work ethic and professionalism of the installer Matt ******— he was wonderful at dealing with the curveballs my hodgepodge of a bathroom threw at him and kept me informed every step of the way with what came up and how he was handling it. I’m grateful for his attention to detail and his dedication to the project. I would certainly recommend Matt as an installer on future projects!

      Our install crew Phil and Nick were vey organized, skilled, and neat. They answered all our questions, were friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Our walk in shower is beautiful.

      Great price from Joyce Factory Direct. Matt just finished up installing our new walkin shower and new flooring. Looks great, very pleased with his work. He is neat and doesn't leave any mess.Friendly and answered any and all our questions. Thank you.

      Jerry was a true professional. We received a courtesy call informing us of when he would arrive and he completed the job in a timely manner. He also gave me good information about how to care for my tub unit.

      We converted our tub to a walk in shower. Phil and Nick were great. They showed up on time and got right to work. They answered our questions and were so polite and professional. They cleaned everything up after the first day and were back the next day on time. They finished in 2 days and our new shower is wonderful. I would highly recommend Joyce to do your next project.

      My wife and I are very pleased with our new shower look and workmanship provided by Nick. When we requested a few minor changes during the install, Nick was able to advise and complete as requested. Great all around experience!
