      I ordered windows, screens and a front door from Joyce for my house. It was a 2 months wait for the windows & screens. Still do not have my front door.
      Some of the windows will not stay up & a lot of the screens do not fit correctly, actually have a gap so opening the windows with these screens will not keeps the insects out.
      We are now 3 months out from the actual contract date. The door has not been installed & my screens have not been fixed.

      RWSuesse was our installer for a tub/shower conversion. Prompt removal of old tub and cleanup was great. Installation of new shower was very professional. He went over all of the new parts of the shower, what to use for cleaning and care. Very efficient and on time!! Grade A work was done

      Joyce bath is a company you can trust to do a great job. Dennis B**** was my installer and he went above and beyond to make sure my new shower was installed to perfection. My original shower was not installed to Joyce’s standards. They quickly rectified the problem and sent Dennis to install the new shower. I would not hesitate to hire Joyce Bath again. They truly earned their reputation for being a company you can trust

      Got our windows installed last week! Turned on the heat this week and have noticed an actual difference! William, Jeff, and Nate were very professional and quick with the install. Excellent work! They answered all our questions and were terrific. The turn around time from purchase to install was reasonable as well!!

      From the rep that I met at a show to the installer that left my house in better condition than when he came, complete professionalism & honesty. Tyler (installer) was prompt, professional, thorough & efficient. I don't think I've ever been happier with a project. I can't wait for the next project!

      I absolutely love my 2 bathroom updates. I was sold on Joyce Factory Direct minutes into Tony's presentation because of their thorough process. Many bathroom remodelers boast that they can update your bathroom in one day but they usually just place a new tub over the original one.
      Joyce makes the products that other companies buy so from the beginning you cut out the middle man. What I liked most was that they rip out all old plumbing, surrounding bathtub/ shower walls, etc. So when Joyce updates your bathroom it's all new. This worked out for me because the plumbing in both bathrooms was installed improperly and has leaked constantly for many years. Zack and Dan were very professional and Zack explained every detail about the installation making me feel extremely fortunate to contact with Joyce. Great company, 5 star, who hires great contractors.

      We absolutely LOVE our new shower from Joyce Factory Direct! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Kinda met with us and helped us design the perfect custom shower to replace our outdated jacuzzi tub and at a fair price. Tim ***** did an outstanding job installing our shower in only 2 days! He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up everything when finished. We are very happy we trusted Joyce with our bathroom project!

      I am very happy with the new tub and shower. Rick and Tyler did a great job and were very professional. They replaced a 90 year old tub combination in 2 days. No problems at all

      I bought a kitchen window and patio door from Ric. He was honest and very informative. Great personality. The order was ready and installed within 2 months. Adam and Mark did a wonderful job. The outside trim was done nicely and they cleaned up after themselves.
