5 starsJoyce Windows was such a great company to work with, they were honest about which windows needed replacement and worked with us to match our budget.
Everything went so smoothly and they communicated very well with everything.
The instal team of Brian and Ryan were wonderful, they were courteous and worked very hard and cleaned up after the project.
Our neighbor recommended Joyce and I am so glad that we went with them and would tell anyone to use them for your window needs!!!Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths

1 starReplace 7 windows in our home. Salesman came out and after the 2 hour home visit we felt great. Install day, foreman was surprised by scope of work, implied project team does not tell the install team what they need to know. My wife purchased pizza and drinks for the crew for lunch. Taking out old windows, NO drop clothes or barriers up to stop dust and debris, dirt, sawdust, etc. throughout house. Stark contrast to described "installation process". They used a small vacuum with a hose to clean up the floors, 2 new windows had faulty latches (odd they made it thru QC/QA factory check). 1 new window was 10" too small despite 2 seperate people on seperate days measuring it. Buttoned up the window and filled the gap with some plywood. See daylight coming in around window, which let bugs into the house, daily whack-a-bug lasted for three weeks until they came back with the right size window. THEY DID NOT SEAL ANY OF THE BOTTOMS OF THE WINDOWS-ONLY SIDES AND TOPS, contrary to detailed installation process. Told salesman at Joyce, including pictures and left voice messages. Reinstall day, 3 weeks later, same install team. Started with a chip on their shoulder (obviously they had received word from management about our complaints) and let it out on us. Foreman took no responsibility for the problems and dismissed us. Refused to admit that bugs got inside as result of the windows not sealed. (Hello! see the daylight coming in from the living room window?) Wanted to take a heat gun and form the window that had a defect and then excused everything we wanted checked as too hard to do. Salesman doubled down with install crew. Very condescending, aggressive and belligerent when talking to my wife, but not to me. Lively discussions, we learned, foreman admitted no insulation or caulking along bottom of windows. Salesman would not allow them to heat the window frame...need to have a new window and another install day. Entire experience ruined by HORRIBLE service.Review fromClarence M
