              Vendor refused to send itemized receipt showing the prices of each component installed. They installed a shower with an energy efficient window (in the shower) in my bathroom. I would like the price of the window so I can claim a tax deduction for it.

              We had excellent representation from our sales agent Mica who went over all details. The only issue we experienced is we were paying for the bathroom remodel ourselves outside of a loan and the business wanted 50% down to lock the contract, which would be a minimum of 7-weeks out to schedule the week, and then expected the remaining 50% at the time they called to schedule the actual work. So in essence, wanted 100% of the funds before ever arriving on site. We could not agree with these terms and Mica called his manager who basically said walk away from the deal - so we all did. 10 minutes later, Mica called back saying he had talked to more senior management and they would go with the deal with his paying the remaining 50% balance when they arrived to actually start work. Much trouble seemed unnecessary. Once the work started, took a couple of days longer than expected but the results are wonderful and look/work awesome.
