      Matt R**** did a great job getting our sale processed. When they came to measure the went over everything to make sure I got what I wanted(we had an awning removed as well). They came sooner than expected and Ryan Lilly did a great job installing the living room window. He was quick, professional and considerate of our home and the window looks great!

      I have had a warranty issue on my vinyl siding on my home for over a year. And after more than 25 phone calls.They finally came and replaced some of my siding but stopped because they noticed the same defect in the new siding. Now I’m back to playing phone tag with this company again.I just want them to make it right.( This was your company response)

      Universal Windows replaced the windows in my last home of 33 years, and the previous owners of my current townhome used them to replace two of the windows here, so it was an easy decision to pick them to do the rest. The salesperson was excellent and spent a lot of time going through all of my options. Ben M. and his crew arrived on time the day of install, and completed the job in under four hours. I was expecting a huge mess, but there was literally no debris or dirt in my home, even though it was a windy, rainy day. My only negative would be that there is no customer contact from the time of order to the scheduling of the install. I called twice during the interim for a status update, and the office rep I spoke with both times was very pleasant and courteous and explained what was going on to my satisfaction. All in all, very happy. I also had used this company for insulation and gutter guards at my prior residence with a great experience for both services.

      The windows look beautiful!! I felt an immediate difference in the temperature in my home. Marvin and his assistant were nice and efficient with the job. Also, when they left, it looked like they hadn’t even been there(other than the beautiful new windows). Highly recommend!!

      I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Horrible customer service. Do your research on reviews of this company BEFORE you ever even call them out. Horrible reviews and a lesson learned by us!
      I got a bait and switch from their salesman , he didn't put the numbers down he showed me I was ordering and I rcvd a lesser product. They installed a cheaper version, their measurements were NOT correct, the windows did NOT fit. Then they have the odassity to call me and treat me unacceptable for their errors. Please Please please...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      I previously had windows done by this company a few years ago and no problems really. This time around we got siding, gutters and doors and it has been a nightmare. First off, we were quoted 12-14weeks to install. But....it was 9 months all because of waiting for 1 door. The company did not call to tell us of delay, I constantly had to call to follow up and get updates when the new times lines kept passing by. And I got a lot of attitude from everyone I spoke with blaming staffing shortages and covid, I am a hospice nurse and well aware of shortages but then 12-14 weeks should have never been quoted and since past the only 3 day window to cancel I was stuck. The work was finally completed and it is far below thr standard I was hoping for for waiting this long and paying as much as we did. Also we didn't received out shutters that me and my husband were both certain were included buy they stated was not. I now have to deal with them to get things fixed since 1 gutter is leaking along with other cosmetic issues that are just poor quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The whole process has been a huge headache

      We had our sales rep out in August. He was a third quote but he was the most informed out of the three quotes from different companies and it was a true lifetime warranty with the premium windows that we had that kind of sold us. I was kind of surprised and how fast the windows were made and called for delivery to install they come out October 5th finished on the 6th I am really impressed with the two a man crew that showed up. Very efficient and polite and answered any questions that I had. I would truly say that the investment I just put in is well worth it the room that really stands out is my Florida room wish I'd have done it years ago thanks David and Bill.

      We had 9 windows replaced today, 10/6/22. The crew leader was Murphy. They gave us a call in the morning to inform us of their ETA. The entire team was polite, worked well as a team, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently to install the windows In a timely manner They cleaned up after the project was completed. The windows look nice. We are happy with the with the work of done by this Universal Windows install team. Before they left they gave us an overview of the window features. We have noticed that our home is more quiet with the new windows as we do not hear as much road noise.
      I recommend consider giving Universal an opportunity to show their product.

      We had place 2 separate orders with this company. Had problems on the first which were eventually taken care of. The second order has been nothing but problems. I as the customer had to keep contacting them for any kind of response. The main problem is the window screens of this second order which have large gaps in the corners. After many attempts to get this corrected (again I had to be the one keeping after this) I was told that that was the way they were supposed to be and I would get a call. I promptly said well the screens on the first order were not like this. Now the lifetime chalk on the windows are showing black spot of mold after I was told repeatedly this was a lifetime chalk and you won't have any problems with it. I have a detailed email chain which clearly shows i had to be the one to get a response from them. Weeks after I had reported problems. Communication/ resolve from them is absolutely terrible
