1 starWorst experience EVER with a contractor! Had an existing bay window replaced and they have completely butchered the outside of my house! Have had them back 3 times and the contractor has no clue how to fix it, not to mention his English gets worse the more we try to point out the poor installation. He is rude, and treats us like we don't know what we are talking about. We also stated that we did NOT want the same butcher back at our house and were told that he wouldn't be, but they lied and send him back anyway. Furthermore, he stated that they would have to remove the whole gutter in front to install the facia properly, which is not true. Why, so he can damage our new gutters like he did with the window installation? The soffit was dented and metal just poorly bent over with gaps EVERYWHERE! What kind of installer of windows doesn't have a break to properly bend metal in his arsenal of tools? Just plain fed up with trying to get this fixed properly! Should have went with Weather tight who did our siding even though they were more expensive! At least I know they would have done it right the first time! The outside of my house looked 100% better BEFORE this window replacement! I cringe every time I look at it! Worst workmanship I've ever seen!Universal Windows Direct

5 starsSteven and his crew did an awesome and amazing job installing 24 windows in one day!! 4 guys and they never stopped hustling till they were done. Arrived at 7:40 and got rolling at 8. They were pulling out of my driveway at 3:15 or so. Friendly, professional guys! We are so happy with the windows and the new life they have given our beautiful old stone and brick house! Will recommend Universal Windows to anyone who wants high quality windows that are guaranteed for life!Universal Windows Direct

5 starsI love my new windows! My house was built in 1890 & needed a lot of work when we bought it! Windows are probably from the 40's! I can't stop looking at them! 4 down 10 to go! The guys who did the work were polite, quick, efficient, & clean! They did an awesome job in a short time & cleaned up! I am very happy, looking forward to finishing!
