4 starsBeen ordering Universal Windows for over a year. Best customer service I have ever had.
Woops; the last one, just finished today, had a couple of customer service hiccups. I attribute this to their growing pains as they have expanded service area quite a bit.
But now their service seems back where it has been. Soon as Christmas bills are cared for, intend to order the last of my price guarantee windows. Wish I had reserved even more.
Installer was good, as have they all been. Had one minor warranty repair which was soon properly cared for.Universal Windows Direct

4 starsBack entry door install was quick & efficient . Crew leader Marvin & his assistant did a fine job & clean up was good. After about a 10 week wait I was very glad to have the door in place before the nasty weather hits. There was some confusion about scheduled start time of the job. I received a call the day before the install and was asked if I could accept a change from original start time of between 8-10am to a delayed start of 11-1pm. I agreed to this but the crew actually showed up the scheduled day at 9:30am to my surprise. Luckily this was not a problem & everything preceded smoothly. I appreciated Marvin explaining a few pointers about what to expect when operating the new door . In conclusion it was not a cheap job and I paid more than I was expecting for a new door but I used Universal Windows for a house full of new windows in the past and was satisfied with the quality of product and workmanship . Thanks again for completing the task before the brunt of winter.Universal Windows Direct
