5 starsJake came out and did a consultation on a Saturday to accommodate me and my husbands work schedules. The time and detail he put into the presentation of the windows, truly all aspects, was something we have yet to see from the numerous companies we received quotes from. We are skeptical of the salesman approach, but Jake laid everything out in a no pressure way. We are very excited about our new windows. The SuperSpacer technology that Universal Windows Direct windows come with is going to help us save big on our insane heating/cooling costs. 2 starsOriginal sales man was rude.
The guy they sent out to measure was incompetent. He got all window measured wrong except 3.
Install guy was great. Cought the problem. Remeasured and reordered. Waiting 2 more months for windows. Winter is now over. Finally have windows 6 months later. No apologies no compensation. Would recommend installer not Universal windowsUniversal Windows Direct

So as I was asked. I reached out to you. Really was a waste of my time. Nothing was done. Didn't care I paid for 6 months before my windows were installed. Didn't real care out of 13 windows only 2 fit correctly. Didn't care it cost me 2 days off of work. Instead of 1 since they didn't get them right. Was told your windows are in now that is all we care about. You have a lifetime warranty so your good. That is a world class company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND.Review fromPatricia W

1 starI do not recommend this company at all. We are nearly a year into having our windows installed and they are still coming back to fix things that were done wrong. They have been to our house a half dozen times now and we still are waiting for everything to be done correctly. The workmanship of the install was terrible. Then we get told that they will contact us to schedule with us. If it wasn't for my wife calling them every time we would still be waiting on a call. Sure they escalate our case but it seems like they are just pushing us onto someone else who bad mouths others and then turns around and doesn't return phone calls, doesn't get things right. I could go on and on but lets just say professionalism and customer service across the board is lacking majorly. We are beginning to wonder if "lack of professionalism and customer service" is their motto.Universal Windows Direct

You can't assist us obviously. You just cancelled on us again when my wife took another day off of work specifically for this. How about we get reimbursed for all the days my wife has taken off and you have cancelled on us? Again, Universal Windows Direct is a total joke of a company. Totally lacking any type of good customer service. We are now 1 year into our windows being installed and they still aren't done correctly.Review fromLisa H

1 starConsidering buying windows but then I didn't get a call back and additionally was mentioned in an ad about the inflation reduction act which is breaking our country. Wouldn't be saving any money with you? Check with other retailers and get a better deal anywayUniversal Windows Direct
