5 starsI’ve used universal windows in the past and they always do a great job and address any adjustment issues we need with my windows which is common in older home installs. so we use them again for a sliding glass door.
Ryan **** who did the install did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend

5 starsVery satisfied with the purchase and the installation process. Nate and his team showed up right on time and were extremely profession and efficient in installing our windows throughout our whole house and our back door slider.
He walked us through the features of them and answered any questions we had. I cannot recommend them enough.

5 starsIt's only been a few hours and we are already in love with our new windows!! From our first meeting with our salesman (Chris ********) to the crew (Ben ****** that came today to install - all were knowledgeable, kind and efficient!! We were kept informed about every step in the process. The crew arrived today and were here less than 4 hours!! We had 11.5 windows installed! They left NO mess! I mean ZERO!! I would tell anyone thinking of getting replacement windows to definitely go with Universal Windows Direct! P.S. Our dog misses his new friends!Universal Windows Direct

1 starI had ten windows installed, when the installers left, 3 wouldn't open ,1 wouldn't stay up, cinder block wall was damaged when removing the old window, 1 window was damaged during the install, trim was removed and put back up wrong, 3 screens don't close all the way, capping was installed wrong. They replaced the screens and the new screens did the same thing, so the customer service rep told me they meet the service standard (although the first set didn't ). They won't correct the trim unless I pay them even though their installer messed it up. Even the tech they sent out said they should correct these things,and that a supervisor would be reaching out to me, over a month later and I am still waiting for the supervisor's call. I have tried to ask when the damaged window will be repaired, but they are not answering my e-mails. I am sorry I trusted this company, I tried to handle this with them without leaving a bad review, I paid a lot of money for these windows and I am not happy with the way things have gone.Universal Windows Direct
