  Received a letter in the mail and phone call from them saying I owe for a Medical Bill that I have been paying on. Sounds like a Scam

  My entire family began receiving calls from phone number in Imperial, PA today. They claimed that they wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked the nature of the call, they refuses to tell me. They raised their voice, called me names, told me that they would call my parents (I'm 44- and yes, they knew their names which was frightening. They called my son, mother in law, my husband's ex wife, me and my father. They refuse to answer any questions but yet they keep calling you. The way they treated me on the phone was deplorable. You know it's a questionable business when every person who answers the phone answers it in a different way.... verbiage changed, rearrange the words, etc. Their voicemail stated a "final attempt" to contact.... we have no idea when or if there was a 1st time... never heard of them before, we have perfect credit, no late bills. Seems like 100% scam or mix up, but we'll never know because no one will speak to you like a human being. They should be forced out of business for their actions and treatment of others.

  They don’t know how to talk to customers and they keep and raising their voices and when we try to talk, they just say you can call back sometime else like they don’t want to listen to our answers or our questions or anything and this is the poorest thing I’ve ever witness in a phone call.

  ‘My name is ***** ***** This is the review I left on ****** **** for 2 different Kettering Radiologist locations in the Dayton area.
  I had a CT scan and never received a bill for my portion to pay after insurance paid. So what happens? They send my bill to collections for a measly 42.97$. I have always paid my portion when a bill was sent without any delinquency. Thanks for the hit on my credit! Not only is your billing department a joke but so is your choice of collection agent. Montgomery Lynch & Associates, Inc. gets a 1.36 out of 5 stars on the BBB website, literally the lowest rating on a company I have ever seen on there. And it is not even BBB accredited. I do not owe money to collections nor will I cave to their letter of fear mongering. This will be taken care of through your billing department or not at all.
  This is my notice to you Montgomery Lynch and Associates. My bill will be handled directly with Kettering Radiologist or not at all. Any more contact from your company will be considered a personal threat. I do not owe you money nor do I owe you explanation or justification of anything as your scare tactic letter of fear mongering would like me to believe. You have been notified. Any incoming phone calls or harassment will be recorded. Any contact to my family or place of employment will be evidence. Your letter will be submitted with a complaint to the Ohio State Attorney General’s Office. I am unable to find your business on Google Maps which is no surprise. Good luck.

  Had an outstanding bill sent to them. It was a bill that I didn't even know that I owed as I never received a bill, phone call or any notification that the bill existed. It was turned over to Montgomery Lynch It was handled poorly and they were rude, condescending and very unprofessional. They need to understand that you don't treat people in that manner, I will be surprised if they stay in business. I can not prove this but am pretty sure they are harassing me by phone calls every day since this encounter with them took place.

  Company is leaving messages to family members with my name and information. Illegal practice. The debt they are attempting to collect, I asked the original company for an itemized bill over 2 weeks ago that they claimed they mailed to me. Never received which isn’t surprising.

  Long Story short, Edgepark turned me into collections called Montgomery Lynch & Assoc. I called the collections number and was hung up on by 2 different men. They won't give their names. I never even raised my voice. One hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. They were just annoyed that I ever called, telling me that I had to pay and too bad that someone else at the hospital ordered on my behalf because they had access to my information. I would call that insurance fraud. Is this place even legitimate?

  I received a phone call from Montgomery Lynch & Associates. They asked for a person I’m not even sure who it is. Since I didn’t know them I hung up. They instantly called me back saying is this person there, if you hang up again I will mark it as a refusal to pay. I said I don’t know that person and they hung up on me. Correct me if I’m wrong but I did not think collection agencies could give information unless they have talked to the person they are looking for and confirmed it was them, especially since it was in regards to something medical. I looked up the place the lady said they are collecting from. This woman was very unprofessional and I hope they don’t find this person.
